Carlos Adame Faculty Master of Science in Human Resource Management
Carlos Adame’s influential HR leadership has driven innovation and organizational change for nearly 40 years. Adame’s notable roles include Senior Global HR Leader at Amazon, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Providence health organization, and VP, CHRO at AltaMed Health Services. He has built robust talent management systems, led AI integrations and spearheaded transformation within every facet of the talent cycle. As a professor in the MS in Human Resource Management program, Adame is deeply passionate about developing the next generation of leaders.
