Class Descriptions – All fitness levels welcome! Yoga - Designed to empower you with the focus, training and insight you need to achieve consistent results in the most important areas of your life. A potent physical yoga practice, meditation practice and active self inquiry are used as tools of transformation. Running 101: Goal: To teach participants the fundamentals of aerobic training, proper form, understanding proper footwear, optimal nutrition for optimal performance, goal setting, designing a training schedule, mental training, road race etiquette, and much more. This is an educational class that will meet for 10 weeks (January, February and March) with an actual planned road race as each participant’s goal. Running and/or walking activity is up to each participant however the class may choose to meet and train together outside of class Zumba – An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness-party™. Jazzercise - Combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. It is a combo of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Bootcamp - Boot Camp combines strength, stamina and flexibility. This program combines cardiovascular and
strength training exercises in a regimented 45 minute workout. Crossfit – A strength and conditioning program that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
