MOVE-IN DAY—August 18, 2013 KEYS: Keys may be picked up from 8:30am—4:30pm. Look for the tent! WEATHER: During the summer months, it can be quite hot and humid, with average temperatures around 90°F. Plan to wear cool and comfortable clothing for Move-In Day.

ROOM AMENITIES KITCHEN: Full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and range LIVING ROOM: Couch, oversized chair, entertainment center, end table and a dining table with chairs BEDROOM: Regular Twin-size bed, 3 drawer dresser, desk, and desk chair GENERAL INFORMATION: All housing units include basic cable, wireless internet, and all utilities and central heating/ air condition. A land-line phone is installed in each apartment for emergency use only. Students also have an energy efficient stacked washer and dryer included. Blinds are provided for all windows.

GENERAL INFORMATION MAIL AND PACKAGES: All residents can receive mail and parcels shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL at their assigned mailbox. Mail and parcels may be shipped to arrive no earlier than August 15, 2013. Please make sure all mail is addressed properly including legal name. The Housing office does not have storage facilities for perishable items and discourages shipment of such items. Mail box numbers will be distributed to students on Move-In Day. Please refer to the website under Forms & resources for the address. INSURANCE: All students are encouraged to purchase Renter’s insurance. Check with your parents about adding your valuables on their Homeowner’s policy or contact an insurance carrier about getting an individual policy. The University's insurance covers only those items belonging to the University. A brochure will be available during Orientation with more info.
