The Story of the Weeping Camel – Mongolian Friday, January 25, 3pm The adventures of a family of herders in Mongolia’s Gobi region. Part documentary, part fiction
Cinema Paradiso – Italian Friday, February 1, 3pm The importance of the local movie theater to a community and to a particular young man.
Each of these subtitled, award winning films is beautifully photographed, extremely vivid and engaging. We can all identify with the story and the characters.
There will be an introduction to each film by OLLI faculty member Joan Ruffino who will also answer questions after each film.
