Peter Swift joined USCB in 2007 as an instructor of business management. He teaches business classes in management, communication, marketing, organization theory, as well as international business and finance. Swift brings thirty years experience in corporate consulting for numerous Fortune 500 companies. He has an MBA from Harvard and is currently completing his doctorate of business at Pace University.

Swift’s management career included working at PepsiCo where he launched the Pepsi Challenge nationally, establishing Pepsi as the number one soft drink by the end of the campaign. While managing the Mountain Dew brand, he increased sales by 30 million cases within one year. Finally, as an outside consultant, Swift provided Pepsi with its first integrated global marketing campaign. Other major clients with whom Swift has worked include Nabisco/Kraft, Duracell/Gillette, Pfizer, Nestle, Aiwa/Sony and Schick. As Saturday Business DCP director at USCB, Swift counsels students on course workload management and class scheduling as well as providing an experienced perspective on career progression and offering guidance in career decision-making.
