BS in Business Administration – Management Concentration The USCB Business Administration degree offers students a holistic curriculum emphasizing leadership, ethics, social responsibility and strategic thinking across all coursework. The Management concentration focuses on key business functions and allows the student to understand issues facing all managers, including human resources, productions/operations, small business, international business, and strategic management. Financial Accounting

Bryan Dennis, leads the management concentration at USCB, teaching classes in strategy, business ethics, and organizational behavior.

Managerial Accounting Commercial Law Business Communications Marketing

Dr. Dennis is an active researcher focusing on business ethics. He has published in such refereed journals as Business and Society, Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Management Decision, and Global Business and Organizational Excellence. The topics of his publications include social responsibility, corporate governance, and corporate philanthropy.

Business Finance Principles of Management Organizational Behavior Business & Society International Business OR International Economy Management Information Systems

A recent example of Dr. Dennis’ research examined the motivations of top managers engaging in corporate philanthropy. His study, published in Business & Society, found that the values of S&P 500 firms CEOs are the prominent factor in corporate giving decisions.

Dennis earned his accounting and MBA degrees from Virginia Tech.

In 2004, he received his doctorate in strategic management from the University of Georgia. Prior to his arrival at USCB, he was an assistant professor at Idaho State University.
