USCB Business Administration degree – Human Resource Management Concentration USCB offers a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.

The degree is a holistic approach stressing leadership, ethics, social responsibility and strategic thinking across the curriculum. The Human Resource Management concentration focuses on key functions affecting the human resources of the firm. It allows students a greater understanding of issues facing human resource managers, including employment law, pay, rewards and compensation management, staffing, training, and development and strategic human resource management.

Veronica M. Godshalk is a Professor of Management.

She is also Business Administration Department Chair.

Dr. Godshalk teaches courses in organizational behavior, management and leadership, business research methods, and career management.

Dr. Godshalk's research interests include issues surrounding career management and mentoring.

She has published over forty articles, books, and book chapters. In 2010, she published a 4th edition of Career Management, with Jeff Greenhaus and Gerry Callanan. She is an active member in the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

She earned her Ph.D. from Drexel University, and MS from the University of Pennsylvania.
