Made From Eco Friendly, Sustainable Wood (Malaysian Oak)
Malaysian Oak or Parawood is a medium density hardwood obtained from the rubber tree. After 20–25 years, when all the latex/rubber has been extracted from the wood, the tree is cut down and a new tree is planted. Therefore it is considered an “envronmentally friendly” or “sustainable” wood. The wood is now used extensively in making indoor furniture.
