One of the current challenging project’s that Greenberg Construction has taken on is building a 4,400 sqft custom home in Palo Alto. Due to the extremely tight space that the property is located on, Greenberg has had to make sure to employ every precaution possible in order to keep on schedule, while avoiding damage to any of the surrounding homes during construction. This included installing protective shoring all along the lot lines- making sure not to undermine neighboring homes & pools. They were able to finish the 1800 square foot basement in 2 ½ months, and plan on finishing the major home project within a year. The dedication to satisfying the customer’s timeline while also making sure everything is done correctly is top priority. Greenberg likes to be involved in the regional construction community. By being a part of trade organizations like NARI, U.S. Green Building Council, CBIA, and National Association of Home Builders, they are able to improve their company and their network.
