For the 2025-2026 Girl Scout year, USA Girl Scouts Overseas is excited to expand Girl Scout Experience Boxes to both first year Daisy and Brownie troops on all military installations overseas, embassies and consulates using DPO or pouch addresses, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

2026 Early Bird Patch Design Contest
Let the submissions begin! We are running our 2026 Early Bird Patch Design Contest a little earlier this year and can’t wait to see your creative designs come in! Any registered girl member of USAGSO can submit a patch design between October 13-December 1, 2025.

Join USA Girl Scouts Overseas and Girl Guiding UK for a sleepover at the London Science Museum where your group will spend the night in one of their iconic galleries. Explore the museum out-of-hours, enjoy out-ofthis-world, space-inspired workshops, shows and activities, plus refuel the next morning with a delicious breakfast.
Girl Scouts Fall Day Camp - Okinawa, Japan

Lead Like Low Leadership Weekend- Kyoto, Japan
October 10-12, 2025
Our 3rd Annual Leadership Weekend, exclusively for Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors! Participants will meet other Girl Scouts from around the world while strengthening their leadership skills and preparing to tackle their Highest Awards. Girls will also have the opportunity to explore the local culture of Kyoto.

Globetrotters Fall Trip- Northern Italy
October 10-13, 2025
Girls will explore Northern Italy, learning vital travel skills such as budgeting, using public transportation and itinerary planning. Girls choose the destination and plan all the activities, meals and travel. We’re launching our brand new Automotive Adventures STEMinist event for Girl Scouts
Overseas in Europe. This session will focus on solar energy and automotives, and girls will create their own solar-powered car.

Fall Film Screening- Spacewoman (Virtual)

For four days, USA Girl Scouts Overseas will have access to an exclusive, virtual screening room to view the film, Spacewoman. Girl Scouts can register and attend on their own, with family or friends or even host a watch party with their troop or community. An Activity & Discussion Guide for this event will be available, and there is even a chance to win fun prizes when you register!

November 8, 2025- Mons, Belgium
USAGSO is thrilled to host our second STEMinist LEGO Build Event- live and in person! In partnership with the SHAPE International Library, Girl Scouts and other Scouts will come together for a hands-on day of LEGO engineering adventures. This isn’t just about snapping bricks together— it’s about thinking like an engineer.

This year, we are celebrating 20 years of Halloween Camp and international friendship with Girl Scouts of Japan! Girl Scouts will spend the weekend making new friends, sharing cultures and enjoying fall in Kanagawa Prefecture.

USAGSO STEMinist: Citizen Science Catch-A-Thon (Virtual)
November 24-December 1, 2025
Join Girl Scout Citizen Scientists from all around the world as we join forces to contribute to Alzheimer’s research by playing Stall Catchers this November. Catch-A-Thon is a chance for girls of all ages to play the Stall Catchers online game, while exploring citizen science and contributing to Alzheimer's research. Prizes and the Hall of Fame board are all at stake!

Taste the World: A Taste of Christmas in Cologne, Germany

For 3+ years, Girl Scouts around the world cooked along with home chefs over Zoom, making everything from Italian eggplant parmigiana to Korean kimchee. Now, we are bringing this program to life as we visit at least three markets in Cologne, Germany, sampling traditional treats such as kinder punch, lebkucken, schaumkuss and more

Girl Scouts Love the Outdoors: Ski Challenge- Gangwon-do, Korea
January 16-19, 2026
Join us just 40 minutes outside of Seoul for this Girl Scout Outdoor Challenge. Girls will make new friends in the Korean winter wonderland while hitting the slopes and giggling on chairlifts.
This three-day, two-night winter camp will include a ski lesson condcuted by Vivaldi Park staff before hitting the mountain for a day on the slopes. The next day, girls will take advantage of strawbery season while picking fruits at a local farm, then heading to Snowy Land to sled the afternoon away. Evenings will be spent participating in traditional Girl Scout camp activities, to get the true experience of Girl Scouts Overseas!

USA Girl Scouts Overseas' popular cooking series, Taste the World, is back for an in-person culinary adventure in Yokota, Japan! During this session, Girl Scouts will make gyozas (meat and tofu options) and mochi alongside Girl Scouts of Japan.

Get ready for a spring break adventure like no other! Join USAGSO April 2-5, 2026 at the Girl Scouts Her Way Program Summit at the beautiful Château de Grande Romaine in Île-de-France, just 20 miles from the heart of Paris.

Join USA Girl Scouts Overseas in celebrating the Month of the Military Child! This special MoMC Bucket List challenge invites Girl Scouts everywhere to learn about and honor the incredible military children who show strength, adaptability and courage as part of military families around the world.
Every April, we recognize the unique experiences of military-connected childrenfrom making new friends in new places to supporting loved ones through deployments. Through this challenge, Girl Scouts will take part in fun, meaningful activities that highlight the values of resilience, community and pride that shine so brightly in military life.

USAGSO STEMinist Overnight: Serengeti Park Hodenhagen, Germany
May 9-10, 2026
Get ready to roar at our Serengeti Safari Overnight! The Serengeti Park is excited to welcome our Girl Scout crew for a wild and wonder-filled overnight expedition! This is a drop-off overnight event for Girl Scout Brownies (7 years old) and up who are registered members of USA Girl Scouts Overseas.
Activities will include hands-on wilderness workshop, bus safari, unlimited access to the park and more!

The Honor Juliette, Troop and Community Awards recognize outstanding USAGSO members around the world and help chart the course for an exceptional Girl Scout year. Applications are open May 1-June 30.

Girl Scouts Love the Outdoors:
Mountain Mini Camp- Italy
June 15-18, 2026
Girls attending this high alpine camp in Sappada, Italy will enjoy some of the best outdoor and traditional activities the Dolomites has to offer. Activities will include canoeing on a high alpine lake, traditional camp activities and hiking to scenic overlooks. Girls will also get the chance to expand their culinary skills while learning from locals how to cook a traditional Sappadan dish.

June 15-19, 2026
The Japanese Alps are calling, and we must go! Join us for this unforgettable camp high in the mountains of Hakuba, Japan. Girls will participate in adventure activities based on their Girl Scout level, and all campers will participate in a Girl Scout campfire experience, traditional camp activities and a taiko drum circle.

Surf Challenge- Portugal
June 24-27, 2026
Camp is back in Portugal, but this time- we surf! Girl Scouts will enjoy two sessions of learning how to ride a wave and will continue to soak up the sun when they take to kayaks and paddle along the Portuguese sea coast. The girls will enjoy traditional Portugese cuisine while spending their days having fun and making friends in the salty sea in Sagres, Portugal!

Girl Scouts Love the Outdoors: Traditional Camp- Germany
July 19-24, 2026
Join us for another magial round of camp in Schmitten, Germamy for this week-long traditional Girl Scout camp. From castle hikes, to camp fires, to traditional camp activities, girls will get the opporunity to experience what camp is truly like! The older girls have the special opportunity to challenge their minds and bodies on the high ropes course, while the younger girls will begin their climbing journey with bouldering. Note: Our CIT program for 2026 will be hosted at this session- Girl Scout Seniors and Cadettes, this is your time to shine!
Global Citizen Summit and Girl Scouts Unite
July 19-25, 2026
USA Girl Scouts Overseas is excited to have the opportunity to select up to 20 Girl Scouts to travel to Washington, DC for Girl Scouts Unite and a special Global Citizen Summit from July 21-25, 2026. Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors can apply to attend this special event. For the application and more information, please visit our website.
Voices of Kusafiri: A Girl Scout Journey to Ghana
July 30- August 11, 2026
Girls will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to Kusafiri, the WAGGGS World Centre in Africa, as well as explore the city of Ghana. Registration for this Destinations program closed on December 1.
Be sure to join our third summer of Girl Scouts Going Places Book Club! Between June 1 and August 31, 2026, Girl Scouts can pick a book or two off our summer reading list and earn the patch or 2026 rocker!
