Rentals Warranty

We perform warranty repairs for all brands of floor equipment. Our independent position - aligned with, but separate from manufacturers - means we work to ensure that our clients receive the warranty coverage due.

We work closely with all manufacturers to ensure that our technicians understand and follow warranty repair guidelines so we can provide the best service for our clients on all repairs.

Many warranty policies omit issues that are not apparent in a short time period. Warranties may also be voided by maintenance issues such as dry batteries or water in the vac motor.

Our experiences working with warranty policies has taught us very specific lessons about what is and is not covered. The key is data accuracy in filling and warranty administration.

Auto Scrubber Rebuilds

The entire undercarriage is thoroughly cleaned with brush deck bushings and linkage replaced and lubricated. The same thorough cleaning and replacements apply to any drive wheels, caster wheels, etc. A similar examination is given to the recovery, solution, and electrical systems with every potential problem area gone over in minute detail.

While fixing obvious problems is the main objective. If our staff discovers any potential problems, such as a loose wire connection in the electrical system, the repair immediately takes place.

Propane Buffer Rebuilds

The rebuild for a propane buffer includes installing new heads and extensive engine repair. If necessary, our staff will install a new engine altogether. The USA-CLEAN rebuild team will also do the frame work repair, including general body maintenance. The overall goal of the rebuild process is to return your machine to you as close to new as possible.

Battery Buffer Rebuilds

Battery Buffer rebuilds start with a complete cleaning, lubricating, and check over of the drive system. The brush motor would receive the same treatment. Then USA-CLEAN rebuild team will check the pad pressure, pad driver, and pad holder. The entire electrical system including switches, wiring, actuator, and batteries are then checked. Any loose wires are repaired or replaced. Models with a dust control system will have a thorough cleaning and inspection of all dust control components.
