Academic Scholars Award
Merit-based scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen based on superior performance on the Admissions Scholarship Test and a strong academic record. To be considered for a meritbased scholarship, applicants must register for the Admission/Scholarship Test through Ursuline and meet all required deadlines. Applicants will be notified of their award at the time they receive their acceptance package in mid-December. All scholarships are guaranteed for all four years of high school provided the student remains in good academic and behavioral standing.
Legacy Award
The Ursuline Legacy Program recognizes all new students whose parents and/or grandparents are graduates of Ursuline Academy. Graduates include 3rd and 5th grade boys, as well as 12th grade girls. Program participants receive a $1,000 scholarship for their first year of enrollment.
Ursuline Alumnae Scholarship
Ursuline proudly presents an Alumnae Scholarship to the daughter or granddaughter of an alumna entering 9th grade who exemplifies the qualities of an Ursuline Girl in her academic success as well as in her extracurricular activities, leadership, and service.
Lister Family Scholarship
The Lister Family Scholars Program rewards and inspires academic achievement while recognizing students who are dedicated to the values of leadership and service. This scholarship program has been established in Norman and Patricia’s honor by their daughter Melinda Krauss Lister from Ursuline Academy’s Class of 1992, her husband Christopher, and their children John, Madelyn, Olivia, and Amelia. Awarded to one of the top candidates applying for admission to Ursuline Academy’s 9th grade each year, this scholarship includes Freshman year tuition and fees, a new laptop, uniform stipend, Global Education Program Scholarship and the highest level of scholarship offered by UA for sophomore through senior year.

receive some type of financial assistance
Ursuline Academy is proud to offer tuition assistance to families who demonstrate financial need. Over 50% of our current families participate in our Tuition Assistance Program, designed to make an Ursuline education possible for all families. Ursuline uses the Clarity platform to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that is shared in the application, including assets, income, expenses, and debts. The Clarity platform opens for families to apply on an annual basis starting October 1. The deadline for completing this application is December 1. Applications will continue to be accepted after this date but are subject to the availability of funds. Grants are awarded on an annual basis and generally do not exceed one-half of the full tuition.
