EDITORIALS. As a novice, we enter that revered and mystic circle of editors, and with suddenness and force comes to us the thought of how great our task is. 'Tis just the kind of work THE WORK. we delight in, and we anticipate much keen pleasure. Nevertheless, when we consider our obligation to our fellow students and to our College, and when we recall the splendid reputation that THE MESSENGERbears, and the excellent achievements wrought by our predecessors, the responsibility weighs heavily upon us, and we feel that, without the hearty co-operation of the student body, our work shall be in vain.
