Souvenir's background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, the largest community foundation in Minnesota In this capacity, she spearheaded initiatives to refine operational processes and promote racial equity, including launching innovative programs such as the East Metro Pulse community survey
Before transitioning to the philanthropy sector, Souvenir worked as a corporate litigator. Her dedication to equity and leadership extends beyond her professional roles, as evidenced by her involvement in various boards and committees focusing on community development and racial justice
Expressing her commitment to the mission of community foundations, Souvenir remarked, "It is my privilege to do this work with this dedicated board and lead a strong team to improve the quality of life for San Antonians today and for generations to come "
