End to End Product Consultant About us Established in 2016, Design Canteen has grown to become one of the largest independent Footwear Design Consultancies in the region. We specialize in offering end-to - end solutions from large corporate clients to small independent star t-ups. We have built a robust in-house team that comprises of variously
skilled designers, production specialists, and merchandiser. We have worked with leading Fashion Houses & Labels, Enter tainment Studios as well as designed and produce products for some of the world’s iconic personalities
When design become a lifetime passion It star ts with an idea that you might have come up with that you just know it’s awesome, and to make it a reality, you apply the knowledge, craft and experience you may have up until that point to make it happen. It takes a lot of problem-solving and flexibility with clients & par tners, but what makes our passion grow is seeing fantastic creations come to life when used by other people. Also, the fact that finishing the process itself might be a good enough incentive to tackle next project with more passion and drive. Design As a Design Consultancy, creativity is the bedrock of ever y thing we under take – whether it is footwear, accessories, marketing assets (photography, videography, illustration, lookbooks) or every marketing campaigns and launches. With a talented and diverse team consisting of footwear designers, product designers and graphic designers, we are capable to handle any type and scale of project.
Product Development Design & Techpacks are initial stages of the product creation, but the real key to a successful final product is achieved through carefully considered Product Development. We take extra measures to understand our client requirement and work with our product team to create the magic that was sketched out in the Design phase. We work with Sole Makers, Last Makers and the entire sampling team across the globe to suppor t them from prototype stage all the way to finalized sample.
Business Analytics A person that you cannot afford to do without is a business analyst. This is because business analysis fulfill several crucial roles in the development process. Such as helping to identify the problem, reviewing your competitors’ effor ts, and analyzing the market in which you operate. Business analysts also record the entire process and create a formal specification detailing the needs of your company. A document that client will use as a blueprint for the concept creation. That’s not all business analysts can do, though. Perhaps their most crucial role is the bridge we provide between your business and those that are developing it. Terms & Conditions As a consultant we are bounded to give R&B our all round service and analysis to reach optimum performance. However this can only be achieved if there is an holistic implementation of the proposed blueprint. We are committed to work with the existing team to help them outgrow their current deliverables and achieve the highest possible profitability. Our team will be your disposal from the first step to the end to ensure that we deliver as committed. To ensure that we are optimizing the business season on season we will require R&B to provide us performance reports of the stocks offered by Design Canteen. This will help us better analysis the buys and draft a better business plan season on season

Payment Design Canteen will work as an end to end consultant to R&B for which the scope of work has been defined in this proposal. Design Canteen usually charges an initial consultancy fees to all our client for the service we offer. However due to our strong relationship we have already waived this fees out and star ted our work right away in good faith. Fur thermore Design Canteen will be adding a minimal surcharge on the product bought to cover their service fee. We will be ensuring that we offer our all-round service and precure the product at the lowest price ensuring optimum profitability to R&B
