What you’ll need

• 180g mayonnaise

• 2 small shallots, finely chopped

• 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

• 2 tsp fresh chopped dill

• 2 tbsp capers, rinsed & roughly chopped

• 2 tbsp cocktail gherkins roughly chopped

• 2 eggs hard boiled & roughly chopped

Place the mayonnaise in a bowl & add the shallots, herbs, eggs, capers & gherkins & mix thoroughly
