• Touchdown offers discounted travel to employees who work in the travel industry. As UPS is a registered airline, UPS employees can also enjoy these services.

• They offer package holidays, flight arrangements with more than 40 airlines and accommodation arrangements. Additional benefits include best-priced annual travel insurance scheme, a Visa credit card, and discounted car rental, cruises and luxury train journeys.

• Touchdown is a licensed tour operator/travel agency based close to

Gatwick Airport. Details of eligibility, deals offered, costs and booking information can be found at www.touchdown.co.uk.

• You can subscribe to a weekly newsletter with updates on its latest offers. Alternatively, you can call the general enquiry number on 0870 704 5000. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), please call 0870 704 5077. Please note that only short bookings will be taken over the telephone. All other booking must be made online.

• A proof of employment letter will be required approximately one month prior to the departure date. Please contact the HR Admin team at UPS House to obtain your letter. Tickets will not be issued without this letter.

• Most flight-inclusive programmes required at least one year of service. However, several options are also available after just six months of service.

Please note that the contract for your travel is between you and Touchdown, and does not involve UPS in any capacity. Employees must use only their home computers to book online and for the avoidance of doubt, company PCs must not be used to book Touchdown travel. Use of company PCs for booking with Touchdown is forbidden.
