To register, visit www.gov.uk/enter-lateral-flow-test or you can scan this QR code with your phone.

Click ‘Myself’ and continue.

Your barcode will be supplied in the email you received from Sam Thurlow.

Click ‘Start now’ to begin.

Click here to register using your NHS login.

Start entering ‘UMEP - 120320_Uppingham School’ and select this from the choices shown.

Click here to register if you don’t have an NHS login.

Enter the barcode supplied in the email you received.
