Dear Members, Summer has been busy and is flying by. We are now looking at the start of school already. School in Anchorage starts the 15 th of the month and here on the Peninsula on the 21st. Your chamber board will be meeting next month and sending out those membership invoices. Please watch for them to submit your payment. We will also be looking for board members and would appreciate your consideration of joining the board of directors. Please contact one of the board members if you are interested. We will be contacting you. If you are going to be here this winter, serving on a board will help with those winter blues. We are in the process of updating our website to better enhance your online exposure for people planning their trips. The Upper Kenai River Guide will not be produced again as it is the feeling that reaching out with technology will be a better use of membership funds. We will be looking at other options for advertising our chamber. Your ideas are always welcome and we would love to hear from you about what you would like from the board.
