As the newly appointed dean of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, Dean Charlotte M Chiong MD, PhD presented her vision for the UPCM - to InSPIRE through new infrastructure, science and discovery, partnership for progress in health care, innovation for leadership resource generation, and empowerment and the embrace of diversity, inclusiveness, and sense of community.
