eshette Benson never thought about getting a colonoscopy.

At age 45, with no family history of the disease, colon cancer had never crossed her mind. But when her primary care physician, Deepshikha Sharda, M.D., Houston Methodist, recommended a colonoscopy, she thought it might be a good idea. “Dr. Sharda said the recommendations had changed, and that doctors are now encouraging patients to have a colonoscopy at age 45 rather than 50,” said Benson. “It wasn’t something I had ever thought about, but I went

Sharda referred Benson to board-certified gastroenterologist Franz Schneider, M.D., of Houston Methodist Gastroenterology Associates at Sugar Land, for a routine colonoscopy. During that procedure, Schneider removed multiple polyps – small growths inside the colon that can eventually become cancerous. But he also found a large tumor, three inches in size, that tested positive for cancer following a biopsy. “I had no symptoms, no problems,” said Benson. “I just went because Dr. Sharda recommended it, and then I find out I had cancer. I was shocked because I had no symptoms.”

beat, but early detection is key. Don’t wait — get screened today. At her next appointment, Schneider told her that she would need surgery to remove a small portion of her colon, to ensure that no cancer cells remained. And on Dec. 7, boardcertified colorectal surgeon Ali Mahmood, M.D., performed the surgery at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.

leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States

After a short stay in the hospital, Benson returned home – cancer-free and ready to spread the word about the importance of colonoscopies. “I feel like I had a guardian angel looking out for me,” said Benson, who is now 46. “Dr. Schneider told me that if I had waited another few years for a colonoscopy, I would be looking at a completely different outcome. That’s scary to hear.”

Comprehensive care close to home Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital provides comprehensive, personalized care for the full range of digestive conditions, including acid reflux/GERD; Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis; gallbladder and pancreatic diseases; irritable bowel syndrome; and the diagnosis and treatment of colon and rectal cancer. “Because it is typically slow-growing, colon cancer can be treated very effectively if caught in time,” said Schneider. “Many patients, like Ms. Benson, require only surgery to remove a small section of the colon – no chemotherapy, no radiation. That’s why regular colonoscopies are so

important. We are seeing an increase in colon cancer among younger populations, so the shift to regular colonoscopies at age 45 is an important one.” Schneider’s colleague, board-certified gastroenterologist Anam Omer, M.D., said that no one should fear a colonoscopy. “The procedure can be done in a few minutes, and the patient is under sedation the entire time,” she said. “There is no pain and within 30 minutes or so afterward, you can go home. It’s important to remember that not only can we check for cancer during the colonoscopy, but we can also remove the polyps that could lead to future issues. So, it’s really a great tool for keeping people healthy.”

A seamless approach to cancer treatment When cancer is found, the physicians at Houston Methodist Gastroenterology Associates can quickly refer patients to colorectal surgeons such as Mahmood, for further treatment and, if necessary, to oncology specialists at Houston Methodist Cancer Center for chemotherapy. The process is seamless, with the physicians working together to develop a customized treatment plan for each patient. Most importantly, every service a patient needs is close to home, on the Houston Methodist Sugar Land campus. And the hospital’s compassionate approach to care makes a difference. “My physicians were all awesome,” said Benson. “They were all so caring. I knew I was in good hands.”

Pay attention to your symptoms For two months, Tyrome Ervin, 47, experienced mild pain in his abdomen. It would come and go, and he didn’t think much about it. But one day, he noticed blood in his stool, and realized he might have a serious problem. Ervin made an appointment to see Omer, and after an endoscopy and colonoscopy, she identified a mass in his colon about five centimeters in length. “When she told me she had a strong feeling it was cancerous, I felt the entire weight of the world on my shoulders,” said Ervin. “My wife started crying, and my heart just sank. But Dr. Omer was so kind; she told me I was going to be okay, that she would make sure I got the best care. Between her confidence and my faith, I felt I was able to hold on.” Like Benson, Ervin underwent additional testing to determine if his cancer had spread. Fortunately, it had not, and a few weeks later, Mahmood performed successful

Ervin says everyone should be aware of the value of early detection. “Know your body,” he said. “Pay attention to your symptoms. But if you are 45 or over, don’t wait until you experience symptoms to get a colonoscopy. Do it now, because it could save your life.”

Don’t put it off – get screened now!

The American Cancer Society recommends that adults begin regular screening colonoscopies at age 45. That’s a change from previous years when most doctors recommended screenings beginning at age 50.

Early detection is critical. You can schedule an appointment with one of our gastroenterologists with Houston Methodist Gastroenterology Associates at Sugar Land by calling 346.450.5266 or by visiting houstonmethodist.org/gastroenterology.

But increased prevalence of colon cancer, especially among younger people, is making eartlier screenings necessary. If you are 45 or over and need to begin regular screenings or schedule a follow-up, don’t wait.

Houston Methodist Gastroenterology Associates at Sugar Land is conveniently located on the Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital campus, in Medical Office Building 1, Suite 250

hen Clif Oberle was ready to replace both of his A/C units, he called around for quotes. “I wanted to replace both the condensers and the units in the attic,” says Clif. “After getting three different quotes, I still wasn’t sure which to pick. I had specific criteria for selecting a company, and I wasn’t that comfortable with any of the quotes I received.” “One of my wife’s clients gave her Cody Bellamy with All Cool A/C & Heating’s phone number,” continues Clif. “I felt comfortable with Cody from our first conversation. He was able to answer all of my questions about different A/C brands and units.” All Cool A/C & Heating was opened by Cody’s dad, Bryan Bellamy, in 1989. Bryan says, “Back when I launched the company, I had already been working in the industry for nearly 10 years. My goal has always been to provide the very best in A/C installation, repair, maintenance, and service to this community I call home. My son, Cody, is my right-hand man. Still family-owned after all these years, I’m proud of our growth. We have a big fleet, with numerous A/C and heating specialists on staff. Our large team is capable of handling any and all of your residential A/C and heating needs.” Clif says, “After my conversations with Cody, my gut feel was to go with All Cool for my new A/C systems. This company checked the boxes for all of my criteria. I was also impressed with All Cool’s access to equipment. Some of the other

companies gave me timelines that were far out. Cody came to my house on a Thursday. I asked when he could get the units installed, and he responded they could do one the next day, and the other the day after. I was very surprised.” “The installation process was painless,” continues Clif. “The All Cool team communicated well, and they didn’t leave a mess. Since the installation, I’ve called Cody with questions. Each time, he’s been responsive and helpful. I do recommend All Cool A/C & Heating. In fact, I have already recommended them to a friend!” The All Cool A/C & Heating service area includes Fort Bend County, Katy, Sugar Land, as well as the communities in and around west and southwest Houston. With All Cool A/C & Heating, it’s all about your comfort. The company offers up to a 10-year labor warranty on new equipment installations and services all brands. How To KNOW When YOUR House

cially bright red flags.” What’s the solution? Alan’s Plumbing can repipe your house, installing new PEX pipe on all of your supply lines. PEX pipe is made from cross-linked HDPE (high density polyethylene). The HDPE is melted and continuously extruded

LOW WATER

PRESSURE? “Be on the lookout for leaks, discoloration, stains, flaking, or dimpling. If you see many of these signs, or multiple instances of one of them, it’s likely your pipes are galvanized pipes and need to be replaced. Leaks are espe-

into a tube to form a high-performing pipe. This pipe will expand if frozen and contract to its original shape when thawed. PEX pipe is clean and rust free. This means it doesn’t corrode, and will not contaminate the water it’s moving

and holding. No corrosion also results in an increase in water pressure. And because they do not burst, some insurance companies offer breaks to homes with PEX piping. Alan says, “When we repipe your home with PEX pipe, we haul away all of the pipe we remove. And, as always, whether we replace your fixtures or not, every supply line valve is changed and every toilet is rebuilt. For every job we do, our aim is to leave everything in perfect working condition.” If you think you may need to replace your pipes, call a licensed professional for a pipe inspection. At Alan’s Plumbing, Alan’s brother Chris and his son Luke are also Master Plumbers. His son Beau is journeymanlicensed and studying for his master plumber license, and son Jake is an apprentice close to his journeyman license. Alan’s wife Jennifer answers the Alan’s Plumbing phones. This licensed team includes journeymanlicensed plumbers Jeff Johnson and Jaime, and tradesmanlicensed Trevor. Alan says, “If your home has galvanized pipes, it’s not a question of IF they will leak… but WHEN! Good news is...you don’t have to wait for damage to occur to remedy this problem. We can repipe your house, installing new PEX pipe on all of your supply lines before any flooding occurs. Call us today for a pipe inspection.” Alan’s Plumbing

id you know local St. Michael’s Elite Hospital offers outpatient imaging? St. Michael’s CEO/CNO Jessica Rivas says, “We have the capability to do MRIs (including extremity-only MRIs), x-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds on-site, as quickly as possible. If you require imaging, your doctor can send the order to us, or you can bring in the order yourself. We’ll set up your appointment right then and there. If you need it the same day, we can do that as well. Recently an individual felt stressed that he required imaging, but didn’t want to miss work to do it. I suggested we do it on a Saturday, and he was so relieved. We can do imaging any time, including Saturday and Sunday. Outpatient imaging can be filed through insurance, and we also offer fair cash prices.” Providing outpatient imaging to our community is the latest in a long line of advancements and improvements at St. Michael’s Elite Hospital. “More than 10 years ago, when Dr.

Shannon Orsak and his brother Brian opened St. Michael’s as a standalone emergency room, their goal was simple: To make it as easy as possible for you to get the care you need,” says Jessica. “You’ve all come to know us as the 24-hour emergency room with no wait times and fast-tracked service. That isn’t going anywhere! We also provide inpatient hospital care and short term rehabilitation. As a small hospital, we’ve expanded our on-site imaging to include outpatient imaging services. We are truly able to tailor the care we are delivering to every individual, making St. Michael’s a one-stopshop. We’ll never lose sight of our mission. We will always make it as easy as possible for you to get the care you need.” It’s easy to see why St. Michael’s Elite Hospital is ranked #1 in patient satisfaction. he first annual Sugar Land Arts Fest, hosted by Sugar Land Cultural Arts Foundation (SLCAF) and the City of Sugar Land, is coming up on April 23 & 24. SLCAF President Tim Stubenrouch says, “Back in January of 2020, SLCAF was fortunate to hold our annual gala. It was our 20th year, and we felt blessed that we were one of the only nonprofits in the area to host an event in 2020. That March, just as COVID started to push through, we were already in talks about changing the event. We wanted something more outward facing that would benefit all of our artists, the foundation, and the many new initiatives of SLCAF. As you might expect, it was difficult to find sponsors for any type of event in 2021. For 2022, we are rebuilding and doing something different: Sugar Land Arts Fest.” More than 100 hand-selected artists have signed up for two days of family fun. These artists will be showcasing and selling their work. Come for the art, and enjoy the entertainment. The lineup includes five performing arts performances by FBISD schools, indie rock recording artist Zach Person (a FBISD graduate!), The Ziggy Band, Brazilian singer Gisele Duque, and Nashville artist Dylan Jarvis. Artists will be “live-painting” baseball-themed murals during the event that will ultimately be showcased at the newly renovated Constellation Field. Tim says, “The festival has been met with broad enthusiasm by this community. We are really looking forward to it!” Hosted on the plaza at Smart Financial Centre, food trucks and a beer and wine garden will be onsite at Sugar Land Arts Fest. Three Warning Signs Your Financial Firm May Not Be Acting As Your Fiduciary by Amy Sharp

F

iduciary. “Many financial services firms use this word to describe their commitment to providing independent advice to clients,” says Andy Sharp, President and CEO of local Altere Financial, LLC. “However, do the actual decisions, size, and service strategy of the firm tell a different story? Here are some areas I believe should be heavily scrutinized by both prospects and clients when evaluating a financial or professional services firm.” The Firm Is Promoting The “One-Stop-Shop” There’s a trend in many financial services firms to expand their offerings to include tax advice, wealth management products, and estate planning services. “It’s very convenient to take your trusted professional’s advice and use other services within the firm,” says Andy. “What you may not know is your professional could be under significant pressure to cross-sell products and services because the core business of the firm is suffering financially. The pressure your professional receives from their firm to promote internal solutions under this scenario could be a significant conflict of interest.”

Your Financial Professional Is Tasked With Using A Team of Specialists “I have personally been associated with some wonderful teams that performed specific functions, allowing me more time to service my clients,” explains Andy. “For example, while completing a financial plan, it’s nice to have a team that specializes in long term care and social security to review the plan…making sure I’m not deficient in covering everything my client needs. However, sometimes advisors that are encouraged to use a team model may have to rely on specialists that are operating as salespeople and not as independent consultants. If you’ve been reassigned to a team of specialists, or your advisor brings them in reluctantly at the firm’s insistence, this could be a red flag that the fiduciary relationship may be compromised.” As The Firm Grows, The Client Experience Suffers It happens often. Your financial professional’s firm merges or is acquired by a larger firm. Slowly, he/she stops returning calls, and you’re continually speaking to different people with no formal introduction to handle your inquiries. Andy says, “In

my opinion, the firm your advisor is now affiliated with has grown to a point where time is stretched thin. They can no longer provide the service they provided under their own, independent model. osquitoes, spiders, ants, termites, rats, mice, fleas, and door-to-door pest sales people! These infamous pests are constantly attempting to interrupt our leisurely Texas lifestyle. Some not-so-fun facts about each: Mosquitoes can drink three times their own body weight in your blood. Standing water provides mosquitoes with an open invitation to lay eggs…at a whopping rate of 300 eggs at a time! Mosquitoes are also infamous for transmitting diseases to humans, dogs, and horses. Spiders do some good; they actually help with the control of other pests. But some are dangerous, and their bites can be very harmful…especially the black widow and brown recluse. Steer clear of these! Ants can carry up to 50 times their body weight. They’re attracted to dirty sinks, food that’s left out, and uncovered trash. Termites have eaten away at the framework of countless Texas buildings, threatening the structural integrity of homes and businesses for generations.

Rats chew incessantly through almost anything…wood, drywall, glass, wires, electrical cables, and even cinder blocks. These varmints can tread water for up to three days and hold their breath long enough to be flushed down a toilet and crawl back out! Mice love to eat…at the rate of dining 15-20 times a day. Females can give birth at two months of age, and just one pair of breeding mice can increase a population to more than 5,000 mice in just one year. Fleas are easily spread around your home from rodents and pets. They’re known for spreading Typhus fever after feeding off an infected animal. German roaches produce eggs about every six weeks. F CUS Allergy and Sinus Medications That Are Not One-Size-Fits-All by Amy Sharp

L

aura Van de Laar, M.D. is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctor with Houston ENT & Allergy. Dr. Van de Laar says, “I started working with Houston ENT last August. Since that time, I’ve partnered with Campbell’s Compounding Pharmacy to compound many of my patients’ medications.” “Having medications compounded allows me to treat each patient as I see fit,” continues Dr. Van de Laar. “It allows the use of different meds not available over-the-counter and different strengths of readily available medications. Nothing is one-size-fits-all. For allergies, we often compound medications that directly and appropriately target nasal congestion and drainage. For sinus infections, we’re able to compound antibiotics as nasal rinses instead of prescribing oral antibiotics. This treats the sinuses directly. As an added bonus, there’s no systemic effects to the rest of the body from the antibiotics.” Campbell’s Compounding Pharmacy was founded in 2003 by Dr. Lance Campbell, Pharm. D., R.Ph. He says, “As Dr. Van de Laar explained, compounding means we make your medications based on your practitioner’s prescription. The individual ingredients are mixed together in the exact strength and dosage form required... right here, on-site. No rounding it up or rounding it down. We can compound medications without fillers like dyes, gluten, and other things people are allergic to. We can also add delicious flavors to compounded medications, making medicine more palatable for children or anyone that needs it. The possibilities are endless!” Dr. Van de Laar says, “I personally like that Campbell’s gives doctors the ability to tailor treatment to our patients. There is no set formula. We can treat based on what we are seeing!” Dr. Van de Laar practices both adult and pediatric general otolaryngology at Houston ENT’s Sugar Land and Katy offices. She’s fellowship trained in sinus and skull base surgery. To learn more, visit www.houstonent.com. Dr. Laura Van de Laar

OZONE THERAPY RECLAIM your life REGAIN your health by Amy Sharp

W

hat if you could heal your body with something as simple as the air you breathe? You can! Ozone dialysis allows the healing components of ozone to reach all areas of your body. Dr. Julia Ward, founder of local Balanced Body Functional Medicine, says, “Ozone is a medical gas that has been used to treat people since 1856. Medical ozone is created by running a current through pure oxygen. Ozone stimulates the immune system, reduces inflammation, and it helps our cells use oxygen with the most efficiency. This is not new technology. Ozone therapy was used to treat gangrene during WWI.” Ozone dialysis is one of the most advanced ozone treatment therapies available. How does it work? Dr. Ward says, “While passing from one IV to another, your blood is filtered through a dialysis filter to remove the impurities. The blood is then processed through a Hemealumen UV light, which kills off

viruses and bacteria being circulated through the bloodstream. The next step is for the blood to go through a red light, which helps to increase ATP (adenosine triphosphate) for mitochondria (powerhouse of a cell) and stem cell stimulation. This purified blood is then pumped back into your body. The impurities that have been filtered out appear as a white foamy substance in a canister for our clinic to dispose of. The white foam is better known as Beta 2 Microglobulins, which are proteins that cause inflammation and disease in our bodies, as well as cholesterol. This method delivers about four to eight times the amount of ozone to the body over the hyperbaric 10-pass method of delivering ozone (also available at Balanced Body Functional Medicine). Dr. Ward says, “Since decreased oxygen utilization is the primary cause of degenerative disease, the treatment of all diseases including autoimmune disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular disease

is greatly enhanced in the presence of optimal oxygen utilization.” Oxygen dialysis is known to restore and rejuvenate those suffering from: • • • • • • • • • • •

Autoimmune Diseases Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome Chronic Pain Chronic Illnesses Lyme Disease Infection Chronic Fatigue Heart Conditions Viruses Migraines And MUCH MORE!

At Balanced Body Functional Medicine, Dr. Ward offers a wide array of functional, holistic options to improve your health. “We have a recipe to fix just about anyone. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the quantifiable results in my patients and hearing them report how mentally, physically and psychologically great they feel. How can I help you?”

DENTAL Health: Pro Tips for Parents

The

Coolest by Amy Sharp

Pediatric Dental Office In Texas

he aquarium-themed space at Grand Parkway Pediatric Dental was dreamed up by its founder, Dr. Faisal M. Khan DDS. Now, after a huge expansion, Grand Parkway Pediatric Dental is bigger and better than ever! “I wanted to have a ‘WOW’ factor the moment you walk in the door,” explains Dr. Khan.“A place that little patients enjoy. This is an interactive environment that’s fun while promoting learning about each procedure, including x-rays, orthodontic evaluations, cleanings, and more. Games and TV screens help distract patients during cleanings and procedures. Children that do well during treatment are rewarded with tokens for prizes.” When Dr. Khan launched Grand Parkway Pediatric Dental 10 years ago, it was just him in a small (but still cool!) office. Today, at more than 7,000 sq ft, it’s the largest pediatric dental office in all of Fort Bend, Houston, and the surrounding areas. Dr. Khan says, “As we have grown, so has our staff. Dr. Aalia Farukhi and Dr Priyanshi Ritwik join me in providing high-quality dental care for your children. We specialize in providing care for infants, children, and teens, as well as other individuals. We provide pediatric dentistry for children with special needs and children with dental anxiety or dental phobia. Our team is sincerely dedicated to providing a welcoming and imaginative experience for all children.” Like the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Khan recommends parents bring kids to the dentist around one year of age.“Kids that young rarely have anything wrong. We just want to introduce your child to our fun office and staff. I have three children of my own. I know how

nervous kids can be about going to the dentist. My number one priority is education, for both parents and children. Kids should feel at ease during routine cleanings and other pediatric dental procedures. Visiting our office while they’re very young will make coming to the dentist in the future so much easier…for all of us! I also understand that parents with multiple children do not want to spend half a day or more at the dentist. With our latest expansion, we now have more than 20 examination surfboards (that’s the cool beds kids lie on for dental exams). We can see all of your children…simultaneously!” “I built this ‘dream’ office because I’m passionate about children’s dental health,” says Dr. Khan. “Together, we can make going to the dentist a very positive experience for your children.”

MEX-TEX!

nchiladas! Tacos! Guacamole! Who doesn’t love a plate of flautas and refried beans? At Sugar Land favorite Lupita’s Mexican Restaurant, Lupe Garcia’s kitchen consistently turns out something traditional, something fresh, something that can only be called…Mex-Tex!

Lupe’s husband Jaime says, “Lupe has cooked in our restaurant kitchen since day one…19 years ago. Before we opened Lupitas, Lupe cooked for a well-known Tex-Mex chain. Her way of cooking has always been simple: Everything has to be fresh and made just right. Our Chile Relleno is a pan-fried poblano pepper filled with picadillo or cheese, and topped with ranchero sauce and monterey cheese. We still use our original recipe, and it’s a step-bystep process to make it right. It’s the same with our

Stuffed ‘Have It Your Way’ Avocados. They’re made with your choice of beef or chicken fajita, shrimp, or a beautiful rainbow of fresh veggies, then cooked to perfection. Don’t order Chile Rellenos or Stuffed Avocados if you’re in a hurry. We do not make these ahead of time and reheat them later. They’re always made fresh to order, and it takes about 20 minutes to get them just right.” While your “Mex-Tex” entree is cooked to perfection, you’ll enjoy hot tortilla chips served with fresh-made salsa and Lupe’s famous beans. Wash it down with a tasty margarita. Jaime says, “For the months of April and May, original margaritas are $4, and flavored margaritas, including strawberry, watermelon, mango, and raspberry, are just $4.95.” The month of May brings lots of reasons to celebrate. “Join us for an all-day celebration on Cinco

de Mayo,” says Jaime. “Graduations and Mother’s Day are also coming up. We can deliver fresh fajitas and margaritas to your parties. Give us a call to discuss all of your catering options. We’ll help you throw a really fun fiesta.” “Thank you Sugar Land and Fort Bend County for your continued support of Lupita’s Mexican Restaurant. We would not still be here without all of you!”

HEALTH MATTERS WITH DRS. STEVE HARRIS AND ZACK BRAZZELL, DOCTORS OF CHIROPRACTIC WHERE PAIN RELIEF COMES NATURALLY

PRAYERS ANSWERED. HER PAIN IS GONE.

A

nila Sandeep started experiencing lower back and neck pain in 2006. That pain worsened in 2014 after giving birth. Anila says, “I visited a neurosurgeon. He recommended physical therapy, but told me the permanent solution would be surgery. I’m a medical case manager. I’ve seen a lot of complications with surgery, and I did not want to go that way. My pain worsened again when I had my second baby in 2018. Again, the neurosurgeon recommended surgery, but said I could try physical therapy again or a chiropractor. I said a prayer for guidance… I wanted to find a good chiropractor. I found Sugar Land Health Center through my insurance’s website.” Dr. Steve Harris opened Sugar Land Health Center in 1982. In the summer of 2019, he welcomed his son-in-law, Dr. Zack Brazzell, to the practice. Together, they offer a wide variety of chiropractic care modalities and associated therapies to help people with pain find relief and improve their overall health. Through his 40 plus years as a chiropractor, Dr. Harris has developed his own methods and treatments for every layer of the body to promote healing. At Sugar Land Health Center, Anila saw Dr. Brazzell. “Dr. Brazzell looked at my x-rays, and told me he could help me. Initially, my treatment plan involved frequent visits. I was working from home at the time, and had no one to take care of my two children. Dr. Brazzell said, ‘Bring them here. We are a family-centered practice.’” Within two months, Anila was doing better. Now she’s doing great! “When I started, I could not hold anything because my left shoulder hurt so bad. My back pain prevented me from doing activities. Soon after starting treatment, I was able to start kickboxing. I have much of my strength back. I no longer have back pain. I’m now on a maintenance plan at Sugar Land Health Center.” Anila has also received laser treatment for a foot condition. At her follow-up visit with her podiatrist, he said “Your foot is healed. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!” “I have recommended Sugar Land Health Center to most of my friends,” says Anila. “It’s like a home for me. I do not have family here, and these

people consider me family. Everyone in the office is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Harris has also taken care of me when Dr. Brazzell was not available. He’s also great! I prayed for a solution to my pain, and I found Sugar Land Health Center…a community of believers. I love that, and I like that my kids get to come along and see what Momma is doing. They see the people we’ve been blessed with. It’s always so good to visit Sugar Land Health Center.”
