global challenges that affect us all.  We are the largest research Institute at the University of Limerick and a global leader in Health, Energy and the Environment.  Our researchers have particular expertise in addressing 6 of the Sustainable Development Goals.  MULtiply is a new matched funding initiative focused on delivering the scientists of the future to address the needs of today.

Double your impact with MULtiply We have created a matching fund of €1 million which will double every €80,000 * gift we receive toward our young leaders’ PhDs in 2021. This means, your investment will enable us to fully fund a PhD student.

* €80,000 can be paid over 4 years, which is the duration of the PhD research 3
