We offer a safe and secure environment for you to live and study, and in Chester our friendly team of porters are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our friendly Residential Life team, made up of current students, are allocated to our University accommodation to provide advice, guidance and support to help you get the best out of your university experience.
Accommodation Options
We guarantee accommodation for first-year students who will be based at our Chester and Shrewsbury locations, so that’s one thing ticked off your list already.

Chester
Student accommodation in Chester is made up of University, partnership and private sector residences, and students based in Chester have lots of accommodation options. So, whether you want to live in a flat or a house; in a studio or with shared facilities; would like to be self-catered or full board; would prefer to be on site, just down the road or in the city centre, there’s something to suit you.
Our University-owned accommodation in Chester currently ranges from £99.40 per week - £159.60 per week.*
Shrewsbury
Accommodation for students based in Shrewsbury is in a convenient town-centre location and is also just a ten-minute walk from the University Centre. There is the option of either studio apartments or en-suite cluster flats with communal kitchen and living areas.
Our Shrewsbury accommodation currently ranges between £130 – 156 per week.*
Warrington
