Established in 2019 under the Europe and Central Asia region (ECR), the Austria Multi-Country Office (AUMCO) has a regional coverage of 16 countries, as well as a global portfolio supporting more than 85 countries.

AUMCO serves as a management center to oversee and enable the effective delivery of UNOPS’ mandate in the ECR region and globally. Our expert team in Vienna enables AUMCO to deliver complex projects, streamline procurement processes and efficiently oversee human resources. Additionally, our team provides support to our growing offices in Georgia, Uzbekistan, Albania, the Pristina Project Center, as well as to our global initiatives and global projects under the Water, Environment and Climate portfolio.
