Employability Week 20-24th January

The Business School held a four day Employability and Enterprise event at the end of January to encourage all students to think about their current skills. Business and Law students took part in a variety of talks and workshops to develop their employability skills and confidence. We welcomed Julia Speed, Enterprise Rent A Car to launch the event with a thought provoking talk on how to succeed through graduate interview stages. Students were awarded Amazon vouchers based on their engagement with the sessions and all students received certificates for attendance to the workshops. The event culminated with an Employer and Employment provider fair. “I had a really great week it was well informed and productive and it has given me great tips to help me with my career Jyoti Chumber, prize winner.
