Welcome Home! Downtown Commons 1 is located on 349 E 1st Avenue in the historic and vibrant avenues of downtown Salt Lake City. Downtown Commons 2 is located a few blocks from Downtown Commons 1, situated on 43 South and 400 East, near the heart of Salt Lake City.
DOWNTOWN COMMONS SERVICES KEYS & DOOR ACCESS
Mailboxes for paper mail are provided FREE of charge. You will receive a key to your mailbox from your Community Manager. Packages are not able to securely be delivered to Downtown Commons and need to be routed to the Peterson Heritage Center. Downtown Commons packages are dropped off three times a week to Downtown Commons 2. The Community Managers will sort packages and notify you of pick up from DTC2. If your package exceeds 30 lbs or is exceptionally difficult to carry, you will receive an email from the PHC to pick up the If you are locked out Monday through Friday package there. between 5 p.m. - 8 a.m. and on the weekend, contact your Community Manager and they can let you in. Your room key and UCard allow you to access your room and building and should never be shared with anyone. If you misplace one, you can borrow a loaner from the PHC Front Desk. Loaner keys and temporary access cards are free for 24 hours, or can be checked out for up to seven days for a $10 fee. If you lose your key, we will change your locks and charge you a replacement fee of $60. If you need a new UCard, please visit the UCard office in the Union Building.
