A GREAT PLACE TO

LIVE & LEARN. Campus living is a significant part of the classic college experience. And at UCF classic can mean new, fresh and modern. That’s one reason 70 percent of first-year students call UCF home. From traditional residence halls to luxurious apartment living, there are 11 student housing communities to choose from where you’ll build lifelong friendships and create lasting memories.

Many students find living on campus the most rewarding experience of their college lives. From day one campus living connects you to campus life and the Knight community. Convenient access to the library, tutoring, advising, computer labs and more is one of the reasons why students who live on campus achieve academic success and are more likely to graduate on time.

LOCATION , LOCATION, LOCATION Sure, you know about Disney, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. But did you know Central Florida has nearly 100 theme parks and attractions? There’s also more than 5,000 restaurants and many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Plus, Orlando’s two international airports make it easy to travel to Central Florida and UCF from around the world. Orlando, known as the “City Beautiful,” is not just theme parks. Our area has seen rapid growth in recent years and is a center for the life sciences,

medical innovation and technological developments. UCF is also located next to one of the top research parks in the United States — allowing UCF to partner with leading research institutes and businesses which provide internship and employment opportunities for students. As a UCF student, you can take advantage of all these opportunities. And the best part is the weather — sunshine and an average annual temperature of 72 degrees (22 C), create the perfect environment to live, study and explore.

IMAGINE THE ADVENTURE YOU CAN HAVE.
