orthView is our newest apartment community, located just north of the Bright House Networks Stadium. NorthView offers the safety and security of UCF Housing with the upscale amenities and designer features of luxury apartments. NorthView is designed with you in mind, and the community includes a resortstyle pool, sky deck, recreation room, sauna, sand volleyball court and more. You can choose from a variety of 4-bedroom and 2-bedroom floor plans — including a 4-bedroom, 2-story loft unit ­— in this upscale community.

NorthView includes two independent community centers operated by Hillel, a Jewish student organization, and Catholic Campus Ministries. NorthView is available to all students, and these centers offer a variety of community resources.
