Libertad Freedom La Universidad pretende educar en la capacidad crítica y, en un clima plural, propicia que cada alumno pueda formar con libertad sus propias opiniones y convicciones. El amor a la libertad y a la responsabilidad es principio básico de la vida académica y profesional de la Universidad de Navarra, desde el trabajo de investigación hasta la actividad médica o asistencial.

The university seeks to foster critical thinking among its students, in a pluralist context that enables each student to freely develop his or her own opinions and convictions. Love of both freedom and responsibility is the hallmark of academic and professional life at the University of Navarra, in teaching and research, and in the medical treatment and patient care provided by the Clínica Universidad de Navarra.

Interdiscipli/ nariedad Multidis/ ciplinarity La misión de la Universidad es la búsqueda y transmisión de la verdad, una tarea colectiva que requiere del diálogo entre especialistas de diferentes áreas científicas y sociales.

En esta línea, el proyecto “Horizonte 2015” aspira a generar un conocimiento diferencial a través de la investigación interdisciplinar, para después transferirlo a la sociedad.

En los centros de la Universidad se genera y atrae el talento global, lo que contribuye a mejorar la calidad de vida, la cultura y la concienciación medioambiental de los ciudadanos.

The mission of the university is to search for and communicate the truth, a collective task which requires dialogue between specialists from different scientific and social fields. In this regard, the goal of the “Horizon 2015” project is to generate differential knowledge through interdisciplinary research, so as to transfer such knowledge to society.

Global talent is both drawn to and encouraged in the various centers at the university, thus contributing to improving people’s quality of life, sense of culture, and environmental awareness.

Internacionalidad International Outreach El modelo educativo de la Universidad de Navarra fomenta el acercamiento a otras culturas y el enriquecimiento de la experiencia internacional de alumnos, profesores, investigadores, personal del ámbito sanitario y otros profesionales. The University of Navarra has made a commitment to its students: no talented student should be forced to set aside his or her studies for financial reasons. Over the course of the last 50 years and more, 159,000 students from 100 different countries have graduated from the University of Navarra.

Conocimiento Knowledge Uno de los pilares fundamentales de la Universidad de Navarra es la investigación: interdisciplinar, con proyección internacional e implicación social. Además, se procura que ésta repercuta en la docencia y en la asistencia clínica.

La Universidad de Navarra, fundada en 1952 por San Josemaría Escrivá, es una universidad del Opus Dei, institución de la Iglesia Católica.

Su misión es formar profesionales capaces de llevar a cabo una labor activa en la sociedad, conscientes de su papel en la construcción del mundo del mañana.

Sus campus se han convertido en espacios de convivencia multicultural en los que nuestros alumnos reciben una formación integral y personalizada, donde docencia e investigación van de la mano.

El futuro próximo de la Universidad, bajo el proyecto “Horizonte 2015”, constituye la consolidación de una institución innovadora en la docencia, interdisciplinar, internacional y con una fuerte implicación social. The University of Navarra, founded in 1952 by St. Josemaría Escrivá, is run by Opus Dei, an institution of the Catholic Church. Its mission is to educate and train professionals capable of playing a committed role in society, who are fully aware of the part they play in building the world of tomorrow.

The university’s campuses have become multicultural spaces in which our students receive a well-rounded and personalized education, and where teaching and research go hand in hand.

Se destinaron 4.299.807€ al Programa de Créditos a la Excelencia liderado por la Universidad de Navarra, el Banco Popular y su Fundación para alumnos con un buen expediente académico. 541 alumnos se beneficiaron el año pasado de uno de ellos.

Pisos para compartir o alquilar Apartments to share or rent

Existe una bolsa de plazas disponibles en pisos de universitarios, así como pisos de alquiler. La Universidad actúa como mero intermediario entre los propietarios y los estudiantes.

There is a list of rooms available in student flats and flats for rent. The University acts as go-between between landlords and students.

Torre I y II forman parte del Colegio Mayor Belagua situado en el mismo campus de la Universidad.

Towers I and II form part of the Belagua University Hall of Residence located on the University’s Pamplona campus.

Colegios Mayores Halls of Residence Centros universitarios adscritos a la Universidad, que proporcionan al estudiante recursos para un óptimo desarrollo académico, cultural y social. La Universidad de Navarra cuenta con diez Colegios Mayores, algunos de ellos situados en el mismo Campus, que ofrecen más de 1.200 plazas.

Halls of Residence are centers associated with the university which provide students with the resources required for optimal academic, cultural and social development. The University of Navarra has ten Halls of Residence, some of them situated on the grounds of the campus itself, altogether housing more than 1,200 students.

Residencias Universitarias University Residences Promovidas por instituciones que tienen una larga experiencia en la formación universitaria. Cada centro posee un régimen de funcionamiento autónomo.

University Residences are run by institutions which have a long history of involvement in university education; each residence has its own way of working.

Proyecto CET CET Project Su objetivo es impulsar un plan de excelencia académica para las estudiantes que se alojan en el CET. Éstas trabajan en el servicio de Restauración de un Colegio Mayor.

Este trabajo, con el que financian su alojamiento, se integra en un plan de formación en competencias profesionales. El CET permite, asimismo, la elaboración de un verdadero currículo formativo a cada estudiante.

The objective is to foster a plan of academic excellence for female students living in CET. These students work in the catering service in a Hall of Residence. This work, by means of which they pay for their housing, is part of an overall plan of training in professional skills. CET also permits the development of a complete education curriculum for each student.

Clubes Universitarios University Clubs Ofrecen pisos muy próximos al Campus que dependen de un Club Universitario o Colegio Mayor. Facilitan las necesidades de convivencia ofreciendo un servicio integral de residencia. Además, se realizan las mismas actividades culturales y académicas que en un Colegio Mayor.

University Clubs offer apartments located very close to campus that depend on a University Club or Hall of Residence. All student needs are met through a complete range of residence facilities. In addition, the same cultural and academic activities offered by Halls of Residence are also available.

Calculadora de Coste y Becas Cost and Scholarship Calculator La Universidad de Navarra pone todos los medios a su alcance para que las dificultades financieras no sean una barrera para los alumnos con aptitudes e interés que quieran estudiar. El coste de estudiar en la Universidad dependerá de las circunstancias personales y familiares de cada alumno. El importe de la matrícula, un coste personalizado, se configura gracias a indicadores como la nota de Bachillerato, el número de hermanos, el grado que quiere estudiar o la renta familiar.

Cada alumno de la Universidad de Navarra es único y hay que tratarlo de forma personal e individual.

A través de una calculadora, disponible en la web de la Universidad, cada alumno puede conocer el importe de su matrícula, además de las becas y ayudas que puede solicitar para afrontarlo.

The University of Navarra makes all means available to ensure that financial difficulties do not prevent students with skills and interest from studying. The cost of studying at the University will depend on each student’s personal and family circumstances. The amount of the registration fee, a customized cost, is calculated based on the indicators such as high school GPA, number of siblings, program of study and family income. Each University of Navarra student is unique and should be treated personally and individually.
