01 CON LOS DEMÁS

¡¡¡Una actitud TOP!!!

Elaboramos una lista con diez prácticas que demuestran que eres el perfecto compañero. ¡No te saltes ninguna y llegarás al top ten!

Nº 01: Sujeta las puertas a las personas que vayan a entrar o salir.

Nº 02: Respeta las filas, no te saltes tu turno. Nº 03: Al entrar o salir de una estancia, cede el paso a los otros. Nº 04: Si no hay sitio, ofrece tu asiento. Nº 05: En el comedor, sirve primero a los demás, hay para todos... Nº 06: Cuida de tus compañeros enfermos. A nadie le gusta estar solo cuando se encuentra mal. Nº 07: En una conversación, respeta el turno de palabra y escucha al que está hablando. Nº 08: Saluda cuando llegues y despídete al marcharte. Aprender a comunicarnos

Las redes sociales ofrecen muchas ventajas, como la conexión constante e inmediata. Además, son un gran altavoz que nos permite comunicarnos con el mundo entero; por eso te recomendamos pensar lo que publicas.

Las colillas que vas tirando por el suelo dan una imagen sucia y descuidada de los lugares de uso común. Además, son elementos muy contaminantes y de difícil degradación. Utiliza los ceniceros que hay por el campus y nadie tendrá que ir recogiendo lo que dejas tirado.

¿Sabías que cada año convivimos en la universidad una media de 12.000 personas? Tenemos la obligación de ser responsables y comprometidos con el entorno.

Con unos sencillos gestos contribuiremos a la mejora del medio ambiente. Te damos ideas:

Nº 07 Los días de lluvia ten especial cuidado con los paraguas y la ropa mojada.

Nº 03 ¡Atención al grado de inclinación! Siéntate bien y no te balancees en las sillas. Utiliza el material correctamente.

Nº 08 Cuida los libros de la biblioteca. Es un material importante y lo utilizan muchas personas.

Ten cuidado y déjalos siempre como te gustaría encontrarlos.

La universidad es un lugar de estudio. Aunque debemos tener ratos de ocio, hay ciertas actividades que no son compatibles con el ambiente del campus.

Utiliza los caminos que hay trazados por el campus para desplazarte. No pises el césped.

No desperdicies el agua de los grifos y los lavabos. Haz un uso responsable.

El ambiente nos afecta y depende en gran parte de nosotros, de cómo nos comportamos. Here’s a list of ten points that will help you be the perfect companion: Nº 1: Open doors for people who enter or leave buildings.

Nº 2: Respect the lines, don’t jump queues. Nº 3: Give way to people. Nº 4: If there’s no room, offer up your seat. Nº 5: At the dining hall, serve others before serving yourself. Nº 6: Attend to your classmates or friends when they’re ill. No one wants to be alone when they’re not well.

Some of these, apart from offering a more positive image of ourselves, are good for our health.

Spend a few minutes on your daily grooming! Don’t do it only for yourself, but for those around you.

Dressing correctly shows others that they are worth the effort of preparing ourselves to meet them. The way we look, dress, and act makes an impression and can shape the way strangers think about us.

Learn when and how to use your cellphone correctly: get used to putting it in “silent mode” during class or meetings, don’t look at it when you’re talking to other people and don’t separate yourself from the group. Disconnect from your phone!
