PRODUCTION JIGS
Production jigs can sublimate a group of the same products at the same time — no need to sublimate each product individually. All jigs listed below are available with a 1-week lead time. Other jigs are special order items and require a 3-week lead time. We make custom jigs; work with your distributor to create one for any product.

Production Jigs Your Guide to
FOR TWO-SIDED PRODUCTS:
Some of Unisub's jigs include MDF blocks. If included, use heat tape to secure the transfer to the block, transfer-side up. Place the production jig on top of the transfer and secure in place with heat tape. If a block is not included, place the aluminum jig skeleton on top of the transfer and secure with heat tape.
Place the substrates inside the jig holes. Place the second transfer with the ink facing towards the substrate on the jig, and secure with heat tape.
Place the block or skeleton on your heat press and cover with protective paper. Sublimate with the recommended settings.
Please Note: 2-sided FRP and THB must be sublimated one side at a time. Please use the instructions on portal.unisub.com for best results.
FOR ONE-SIDED PRODUCTS:
Some of Unisub’s jigs include MDF blocks. If included, use heat tape to secure the jig to the block. Place the substrates inside the jig holes, and tape the transfer ink-side down to the block.
If your jig does not have an MDF block, place the jig in the heat press and drop your substrates inside the jig holes. Tape the transfer to the aluminum jig skeleton ink-side down.

Before pressing, cover your block or jig skeleton with protective paper. Please use the instructions on portal.unisub.com for best results.
