Won A Number of Awards

Unity Care is a nonprofit service provider lending support to youth in foster care through housing solutions and other transitional services. The solutions are developed to support foster youth aging out of the system and reduce homelessness. Founded in 1993, Unity Care has won a number of awards including GuideStar Platinum Seal of Transparency, Wells Fargo Award for Excellence, and many others. Unity Care is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation, an independent nonprofit accreditor of human services.

Nationally Family Agency

Unity Care was established in 1993 and is a nationally accredited youth and family agency. The organization maintains a strengthsbased, focused, and culturally proficient approach to serving its clientele. The goal of Unity Care is to facilitate affordable, safe and stable housing for youth and young adults transitioning out of foster care. The organization provides support services to help its youth attain self-sufficiency and navigate the challenges of the transition.
