Agent Support Team Lead: Kim Ingram Agent Support Team Lead Kim Ingram is a proud hometown gal from Detroit. Before joining the UWE family, she worked in the healthcare industry. Kim helps the team in the Agent Support department run smoothly to ensure that our agents are getting fast service. Doing check-in calls with new agents is one of the things that she enjoys about her work. “It gives new agents a boost of confidence”, says Kim. When it comes to success in the business, she believes that honesty and sincerity is the key and treating everyone like your family goes a long way. We couldn’t agree more! Kim enjoys spending her free time with family. .
Utilizing Your Back Office Your Back Office contains many resources to help you succeed in your business. Logging in at least daily should be a regular part of your routine to stay on top of things. Your Message Center on your Home page shows you what’s happening with training events, holiday schedules for the corporate office and other important news. There is a lot of additional information on the Home page like Top Producers, videos, and contest information. The Dashboard contains your personal and lineage statistics, your Power of 5 status, title information and current volume under the Business At A Glance section. This is also where the New Agent Training call information can be found. The many reports in the Reports menu provide valuable information about your title qualifications, new agents, Medallion Club and much more. We will focus on some of the reports and what information they provide in the next few issues. The best way to become a Back Office expert is to login and explore. Of course, the Agent Support Department is happy to help you learn more about your Back Office too. Give them a call at (248) 848-9065 M-F from 9:00 AM5:30 PM EST to talk with an associate.
