Corporate Corner: Get To Know Our Team Each month we feature team members from the Corporate Office to give agents an opportunity to become familiar with the diverse and talented people who help make the company a success.
Customer Support Supervisor: Brandon Clark A native Detroiter, Brandon has been with UCES since 2015. Prior to that, he worked with a law firm and for Quicken Loans. Brandon works closely with customers to help them get the most out of their services. He recommends that our agents and customers log into their Protection Plan portal and become familiar with all the products offered. Brandon believes that being hands-on will help you fully understand and utilize what’s available. During his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and children. They love to travel and are always looking forward to their next destination!
Payments Department Manager: Laura Cisneros Laura began her journey with UWE back in 2014 after working in accounts payable and collections with various companies. Coming on board with the company has given Laura the perfect fit with UWE. Embracing change and always evolving has been an essential part of growth with the company and Laura is very happy to help agents and encourages them to reach out with questions. She says when challenges arise, the sooner you get in touch the easier it is to help resolve any issues. Laura has four adult children; twins Nicholas and Natasha are 20, Sean is 24 and her daughter Julia is 25 and engaged to be married. Laura loves spending quality time with friends and family. She is also an avid reader, an amateur photographer and enjoys knitting.

2023 Cruise Contest Winners, Set Sail in December Our cruise contest winners are packed and ready to set sail! 55 winners of this year’s contest will enjoy a weeklong trip on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of The Seas. After departure from Miami, the ship will sail a full day and arrive in Labadee, Haiti, early in the morning. From there, they will visit St. Thomas and finish the trip with a Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas, before returning to Miami. Days on board the ship will be filled with fun activities like volleyball, zip lining, shopping, and enjoying some great food. All winners will receive a special cruise package from us when they board the ship. Congratulations to all our 2023 cruise contest winners. Bon voyage to you all!
Marketing Corner Now is the time to log into your Back Office and check out some of the new marketing materials available! The all-new Protection Plan brochure is now available. This is a comprehensive brochure that covers all of the products and services within the Protection Plan. It’s an easy way to familiarize yourself as well as others about all of the great tools available.
Be sure to download and utilize the fully customizable Canva social media assets as well. All copy is fully compliant, but you have the option to add your own picture and change the colors to match your business brand! We are continuously working on Spanish translation of all the presentations, assets and documents to ensure those materials are fully up to date. Stay tuned for additional assets that will be launching soon!
