Dear Friends,

That's how much we raised together to serve the Roanoke Valley region in FY 2020-21.

Please share in our reflection of the past year, as we take stock of our impact in the region during such a difficult time.

We’ve developed and fine-tuned essential, system-changing collaborations while continuing to generate additional resources to assist families and individuals during another challenging pandemic year. It’s led to important pivots from an emergency response to a more strategic approach to reimagine and rebuild our community — all while we continue our work to ensure that local families are fed and housed, and have access to affordable healthcare services and quality educational opportunities.

As you read through the pages of this Annual Report, we hope you will pause to appreciate the strength of our community. This work is only made possible through the generosity of our donors, the determination of our volunteers, the dedication of our partner agencies and the leadership of our corporate partners. We hope you will join us in the year ahead as we work even harder to conquer the many inequities of service and opportunities that remain out of reach for some of our neighbors. Together, and only together, we bring true grit, commitment, innovation and manpower to make life-changing impacts for those who are counting on us.
