Leaders In Giving

Who are United Way Leaders? Leaders in giving are individuals who understand the importance of community support. These donors have demonstrated exceptional leadership by contributing at a leadership level to the organization. Their contributions have significantly impacted the lives of those in need within our community. This leadership recognition book is a tribute to these individuals and their commitment to making a difference. Their generosity has helped fund critical programs addressing issues such as poverty, education, and healthcare. Their actions serve as an inspiration to others and demonstrate the power of collective giving. We are grateful for their leadership and their positive impact on our community.

Leadership Giving Levels The individuals listed in this book are leaders in philanthropy whose wholehearted generosity supports the health, education, financial stability, and crisis needs of individuals in the communities served by the United Way of Fort Smith Area. The vanguard of the United Way Leadership Groups is the Alexis de Tocqueville Society, members of which annually contribute gifts of $10,000 or more. Other premier donor groups include the Cornerstone Club, giving a minimum of $2,500 each year to United Way’s network of community partner agencies, and the Pillar Club, which gratefully acknowledges those making vitally important gifts starting at $1,000. Finally, serving as fertile ground from which all ascending United Way leadership groups bloom, the Foundation Club recognizes contributors who make gifts from $500 to $999
