The initiative titled " Aligning Thoughts " was launched by the District Community Service Team of RID 3240 and was undertaken by various clubs to address mental health issues and explore effective strategies for overcoming them. Each participating club demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and innovation, resulting in a diverse range of activities that highlighted the significance of mental health awareness and support.

Activities and Impact :
These clubs conducted various activities, including workshops on stress management, community mental health fairs, seminars on mental health in academic settings, social media campaigns to destigmatize mental health issues, collaborations with schools for mental health curriculum, dance and yoga therapy sessions and art therapy programs.
Conclusion : " Aligning Thoughts " successfully united various clubs in a collaborative effort to promote mental health awareness and support The project's diverse activities highlighted the importance of mental health and provided practical tools and resources to help individuals overcome mental health challenges.

We are privileged to share Rtn. Rtr. Parna Deb Roy (PHF), DRR 2023-24, RI District 3240 has been appointed as the Secretary Public Relations & Publications 2024-25, SEARIC MDIO
25th & 26th May, 2024, Agartala: Rotaract Club of Agartala Central, Sponsored by Rotary Club of Agartala City has organised SPANDAN, Zonal Meet of Zone III, RI District 3240, Zonal leaders Rtr. Saumitra Das (ZRR) and Rtr. Dr. Subhankar Pal (ZRS). It was a one & half day event held in Hotel Anurag Palace (1st day) and Nandan’s Food Court (2nd day) The one & half day event saw participation from various clubs of Zone III, other zones of RI District 3240 and International delegates from Bangladesh ( RI District - 65). SPANDAN was a grand success for Zone-III, it was attended by a total number of 70 registered delegates.
First day of the event started with inaugural ceremony attended by Miss. Nistha Chakraborty (Eminent Sports Personality) as the Chief Guest, DRR Rtn. Rtr. Parna Deb Roy (PHF) as the Speal Guest, Rtn Adv.Pranabashis Majumder (President of Parent Rotary Club) as the Guest of Honour, ZRR Rtr Saumitra Das, ZRS Rtr Dr Subhankar Pal, Rtn Rtr Susanta Saha (Event Chairperson), Rtr Sujoy Saha (Host club President) and Rtr Pragna Paramita Chakraborty ( Host Club Secretary) on the dias; Guest from various clubs and associations. Felicitations of the clubs attended, guests, district council members were followed by Business Session with the esteemed Speakers namely PDRR Rtn. Debajit Goswami and SH.K.K Giri.
The showstopper was the initiative of launching Zonal Flag by the Zonal leaders It showcased all the clubs which makes together the strong Zone III. Spandan also had an amazing cultural evening to offer where the talented artists Rtr. Debamalya Chakraborty (Violinist), Deeptanu choudhury, Samrat Paul & Munni Datta Deb (vocals), Debajit Debnath (Keyboardist) and Prasenjit Debnath (percussionist) have graced the stage with soulful performances First day of the event was concluded with energetic DJ Tanmoy on the floor
Second day at Spandan, delegates had an engaging interaction opportunity through games and tasks carried out by 1st man, RI District 3240 Rtr. Soham Saswat Pahi and Rtr. Dipanshu Agarwal, ZRR Zone VI. It was a brief fellowship session where all the delegates involved themselves into fun activities and interacted with each other It was then followed by the most awaited Zonal Awards and Recognitions, 2023-24 The clubs who had worked throughout the tenure and continued to follow the Rotaract Motto: Fellowship through service got special recognitions and awards in various categories.

RAC Dharmanagar conveys their heartiest thanks and gratitude to Mr. Sushobhita Sarkar for her amazing act of service of donating two new water filters. With her support, the members of RAC Dharmanagar distributed two water filters to a school in an underprivileged area ensuring the students have access to safe drinking water. It's gestures like these that truly warm our hearts and inspire us to keep spreading kindness Thank you Miss Sarkar once again for your noble contribution

Rotaract Club of Hailakandi Green City successfully executed Rotaract District 3240's Community Service Project, " *Aligning Thoughts* , " on May 31, 2024 The project comprised three key activities:
1. An interactive session on the importance of mental health and developing a healthy mind was conducted for the beneficiaries of Kalyan Ashram, Hailakandi
2 This was followed by a dance and yoga session facilitated in collaboration with Step Up Dance Academy, Hailakandi, led by Rtr. Arun Kumar Sinha, the academy's founder.
3 The event concluded with the distribution of chocolates to all participants

Rotaract Club of Silchar Royals, RID-3240 has collaborated with Rotaract Club of MHOW Community, RID-3040 successfully conducted a webinar on Fire Safety and Awareness by Mrs. Vaishali Agrawal through Google meet on 11th may, 2014.
Mrs Vaishali Agrawal maam, discussed the fire triangle, the chemistry of fire extinction, different types of extinguishers, the reason for fire and its effects etc.. We hope that this webinar helps our participants to know the proper ways to secure the safety during or to prevent a fire from happening

The Rotaract Clubs of Budanikantha, RID 3292, and South Guwahati, RID 3240, held a cultural exchange on May 14, 2024, during which they shared their respective countries' customs, cuisine, and engaging games as well as a musical performance honouring our shared, varied heritage.
We are excited to share that our club has selected the Best Canvas 3 0 Zonal eNewsletter award at the Spandan Zonal Meet! This award highlights our hard work and creativity in making our e-newsletter the best.
The Spandan Zonal Meet was an amazing experience. We had the chance to meet new friends, participate in fun activities, and learn a lot from other Rotaract clubs. It was a great event filled with excitement and joy.
We want to thank the Zonal Rotaract Representative (ZRR) and the Zonal Secretary (ZS) for recognizing our efforts and giving us this award. Their support means a lot to us.

Rotaract Club of Hailakandi Green Cuty known for its dedication to community service and cultural promotion, organizes the Durga Puja Awards annually to honor the best pandals, idol craftsmanship, and innovative themes. These awards aim to recognize and encourage creativity, artistry, and community spirit. Participants eagerly compete for various categories, such as Best Pandal, Best Idol, Most Eco-friendly Puja, and Best Cultural Program, fostering a sense of healthy competition and cultural pride The event not only highlights the rich traditions and artistic talents involved in Durga Puja but also brings communities together, reinforcing the values of teamwork, sustainability, and cultural heritage that the Rotaract Club champions.
Rotaract Club of Silchar Royals sponsored by Rotary Club of Greenland Silchar has organised Sports competition in Holy Rose English Academy School, Dudhpatil and around 100+students has participated in different games and felicitated Principal Ranbir and MD Kamrul Islam Laskar and also provided refreshment to students.
The main aim was to encourage the students for active participation in sports and engaging them. in co-curricular activities and for promoting good physical health and to make learn them about discipline, team work, leadership, time management and also provides the opportunity to have fun and enjoy themselves contibuting to their overall happiness and well being. Another achievement is that our club has done approx 200 international projects so far
