New York

Each year, Camp 2030 welcomes over 200 spirited young leaders, social entrepreneurs, and visionaries from over 50 countries to New York for a transformative 6-day journey. While these individuals collaborate to address global challenges, they're further empowered by the institutions, companies, and organizations that recognize their potential and send them as part of special delegations. These delegations not only amplify the impact of our participants but also infuse the camp with diverse perspectives and collective strength. Spearheaded by UNITE 2030, a global not-for-profit with a track record of supporting over 30,000 changemakers from 175+ countries since 2016, the focus in 2024 is clear: Delegations are central. By investing in and sending a delegation, institutions affirm their commitment to nurturing young voices and propelling them towards tangible global change.

Since 2022, Camp 2030 has brought to life 60 new business ideas that work toward achieving an end to poverty, inequality, injustice, or climate change. Since UNITE 2030's inception in 2015, we have hosted over 300 events that teach skills relating to social entrepreneurship, leadership, or sustainable development. In 2023, 44% of our Campers attended with a Delegation (up from 9% in 2022).
