After several years of uncertainty, and the real challenges brought on by Hurricane Helene, we began to see the market steady itself in meaningful ways. Inventory increased, buyer activity returned with intention, and pricing largely held firm. It wasn’t a dramatic rebound, but it was something far more encouraging: a return to balance
What stood out most to us wasn’t just the data, but the mindset shift behind it. Sellers came back to the market with renewed confidence, and buyers showed up more prepared, more patient, and focused on long-term decisions rather than short-term urgency. As more homes came on the market, negotiations felt healthier and more grounded, offering clarity where there had once been pressure.
