Contract To Close Congratulations on selling your home!

Once you have accepted an offer, the process of contract to close begins.

This typically involves a series of steps such as a home inspection, appraisal and title search.

Once you accept and sign the offer, your home is considered to be “ under contract or pending” and the closing process begins.
