MATERIALS
Eclipse is made of corrosion resistant 356 aluminum alloy with a copper (CU) content of less than 0.1%. The lower cast aluminum housing fits with a 4” (102mm) or 5” (127mm) pole and contains all electrical controls on a removable tray.

Driver is 0-10V dimming-ready (dims to 10%) with: 120-277 multi-volt compatibility (50-60Hz), optional 347V, minimum operating temperature of -30°C/-22°F, output over voltage protection, output over current protection, output short circuit protection with autorecovery, and over temperature protection (110°C).
LED LIGHT ENGINE
Type II, III & V light distribution via high performance optical lenses. Offered in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K with 80 CRI. Removable modular LED platform. 70% LED lumen maintenance at 60,000 hours (L70/B50) based on IESNA LM-80-08 LED extrapolated life, calculated per IESNA TM-21-21.
Optional true amber LED for turtle sensitive areas. Wavelengths: 585nm to 597nm.
FINISH
Five-stage preparation process including preheating of cast aluminum parts for air extraction, and an environmentally friendly alloy sealant. Polyester powder coating is applied through an electrostatic process and oven cured for long term finish.

UL Certified to Canadian and U.S. safety standards. Certified for use in wet locations. Rated IP65. Photometric testing performed by an independent laboratory in accordance with IES LM-79-08 standards at 25°C. Actual performance may differ as a result of end-user environment and application.

ELECTRONICS
Upon failure of normal utility power, a solid-state transfer switch automatically activates the emergency LED lamp-heads. Upon resumption of normal utility power, the battery is disconnected from the load and recharged through a microprocessor controlled pulse charger. The battery is a maintenance-free Nickel Metal Hydride(NiMH) type. The EV series accepts dual-voltage input of 120 or 277VAC at 60 Hz, or an optional 220-240VAC input at 50-60 Hz. A low voltage battery disconnect (LVD) feature protects the battery from severe damage during prolonged power failures. Manual testing is available at any time using the push-to-test button.
Number of Lamps- 2 High Power LEDs at 1 watt each configured so that if 1 lamp malfunctions, the remaining lamp will continue to provide illumination to the -0(no-head) option will power 1 double-head remote (EVR2 or EVODW) at 2 watts per lamp (145 lumens). This option allows the battery to be located in a conditioned environment.

FACE
Edge-lit Exit is available in either single or double face. Face is constructed with 0.40 clear acrylic with rounded and finished edge for attractive appearance. Face contains red or green 6” high and 3/4” thick lettering inside face to comply with NFPA requirements. Reflective stick-on chevrons provided and are applied to rear of panel in order for light to reflect off the inner face of the chevron tape to provide a similiar effect as the lettering embedded inside the acrylic. Face can be adjusted in the field from 0º to 90º for wall, ceiling or sloped applications.

Mounting hardware consist of 0.06 steel universal junction box bracket, 7/8” profile 0.11 die-cast aluminum bracket cover, screws, wire nuts, and silver-finished plastic plugs that are used to eliminate remaining knocouts once mounting configuration is selected.

SPECIFICATION
Construction: Die-cast aluminum luminaire with spring clips for easy installation. Gasket included for air-tight and wet location listing without additional caulking.
Air Flow Restriction: Luminaire has factory installed gasket to restrict airflow from room into ceiling plenum to <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance with ASTM-283 Air-Tight requirements.
Lens: Regressed lens with sharp baffle cuts reduces aperture brightness. Special polymer lens produces more usable light and lumens per watt.
Junction Box: Prewired junction box includes quick connect to LED fixtures for ease of installation. Junction box includes two 1/2" trade size and two 3/8" trade size knockouts and snap on cover. Maximum of 4 No. 12 AWG through branch circuit conductor suitable for 90°C permitted in box.

ELO family of LED luminaires are a thin 1/2" surface mounted luminaire with dedicated color temperature. Luminaire is available in 4", 6", 8" or 11" sizes and mounts easily over a standard or fire rated junction boxes. The ELO family has two options: The standard ELO fixture, which is 80 CRI and only available in a white finish, and the upgraded ELO+ fixture, which meets CA JA8-2022 at 90 CRI and has interchangeable trims to achieve different finishes.

Machined heads come in two styles: Side Mount and Rear Mount. (See illustration for aiming capabilities of each head.)
Stem
1” diameter machined stem comes in various stem lengths and three stem styles: Straight, 180° U-Bend, and 90° Gooseneck. (See illustration for calculating overall projection from wall for each stem style.)
Knuckle
A Rotate and Lock knuckle (protected under U.S. Patents #6,966,679, #7,108,405 and #7,458,552) mounts each head and allows for adjustability. Double taper design allows fixture to hold position during aiming and ensures a solid lock when tightened. Integral LED models have molded silicone wire seals to prevent water entry at knuckles.
Cap
Machined caps lock in place with one 18-8 stainless steel set screw, and are sealed to the body with a high temperature silicone O-ring. Regress Lens caps have drain holes for water drainage from top of lens if mounted in the up position. ‘Flush Lens’ cap styles incorporate a stepped lens to reduce the collection of water and debris on the lens. All caps accept up to three internal accessories, held in place by a stainless steel clip.
Mount Canopy
Available with the following mount options: MO3 (Machined Round Canopy), MO15 (Machined Square Canopy), and MO12 & MO13 (Surface Mount Powered Canopies). See mount specification sheets for more information. (Mount canopy must be mounted to an appropriate wall or junction box, in such a manner that is capable of holding the weight and torque created by the fixture. Junction box and hardware not included)
Finish
TGIC thermo set polyester powder coat paint available in 14 standard colors. Finish is applied over a corrosion resistant, hexavalent chromium free, RoHS compliant coating. Also available in one additional metal finish: Clear Anodized.
Lens
Tempered, clear lenses, secured to caps with a high temperature, UV curing, silicone adhesive.
Socket
Two GY-6.35 porcelain sockets with 600V, 250°C, PTFE coated 18 ga leads.
