Certain airborne contaminants may adversely affect the functioning of LEDs and other electronic components, depending on various factors such as concentrations of the contaminants, ventilation, and temperature at the end-user location. CONSTRUCTION — One-piece 5VA rated fiberglass housing with integral perimeter channel utilizes continuous poured-in-place NEMA 4X gasket. Simple two-piece design consists of housing and optical assembly to streamline installation process. Polymeric latches positively attach to housing and keep from becoming a hindrance during install.
OPTICS — Injection-molded, acrylic lens (.080" thick), provides high impact-resistance comparable to 100% DR. F1 rated for outdoor use, lenses resist breaking, yellowing or becoming brittle over time. UV stabilized polycarbonate diffuser available (.080" thick) in clear or frosted for additional impact strength. Polycarbonate lens is recommend for lower mounting heights where vandal protection is desired.
ELECTRICAL — Tool-less one piece optical assembly combines LEDs and lens into one component. Optical assembly easily connects to housing with plug and play harness, eliminating time consuming wiring connections. High-efficiency drivers operate 120-480V offered with 0-10V dimming, allowing granular control when coupled with wireless networking controls. Luminaire Surge Protection Level: Designed to withstand up to 2.5kV/0.75kA per ANSI C82.77-5-2015. L85 at 60,000 hours.
INSTALLATION — Two-piece design makes installations faster than ever by simplifying wiring connections. Power connection is easily accommodated through pre-drilled holes at each end, optional wet location fittings available for maximum flexibility.
Stainless steel (#316) surface spring-mounting brackets with bail wires standard (2 included) allow for ceiling, wall or suspended mount.
Swivel stem(provided by others) when pendant mounting. Factory installed junction box option accommodates up to 4X4 sized boxes and includes integrated gasket to maintain wet location listings.
Quick Mount Bracket (QMB) ships installed on fixture and is recommended for fastest surface mount installs, ideal for end to end installations or larger jobs.

Certain airborne contaminants may adversely affect the functioning of LEDs and other electronic components, depending on various factors such as concentrations of the contaminants, ventilation, and temperature at the end-user location. CONSTRUCTION — One-piece 5VA rated fiberglass housing with integral perimeter channel utilizes continuous poured-in-place NEMA 4X gasket. Simple two-piece design consists of housing and optical assembly to streamline installation process. Polymeric latches positively attach to housing and keep from becoming a hindrance during install.
OPTICS — Injection-molded, acrylic lens (.080" thick), provides high impact-resistance comparable to 100% DR. F1 rated for outdoor use, lenses resist breaking, yellowing or becoming brittle over time. UV stabilized polycarbonate diffuser available (.080" thick) in clear or frosted for additional impact strength. Polycarbonate lens is recommend for lower mounting heights where vandal protection is desired.
ELECTRICAL — Tool-less one piece optical assembly combines LEDs and lens into one component. Optical assembly easily connects to housing with plug and play harness, eliminating time consuming wiring connections. High-efficiency drivers operate 120-480V offered with 0-10V dimming, allowing granular control when coupled with wireless networking controls. Luminaire Surge Protection Level: Designed to withstand up to 2.5kV/0.75kA per ANSI C82.77-5-2015. L85 at 60,000 hours.
INSTALLATION — Two-piece design makes installations faster than ever by simplifying wiring connections. Power connection is easily accommodated through pre-drilled holes at each end, optional wet location fittings available for maximum flexibility.
Stainless steel (#316) surface spring-mounting brackets with bail wires standard (2 included) allow for ceiling, wall or suspended mount.
Swivel stem(provided by others) when pendant mounting. Factory installed junction box option accommodates up to 4X4 sized boxes and includes integrated gasket to maintain wet location listings.
Quick Mount Bracket (QMB) ships installed on fixture and is recommended for fastest surface mount installs, ideal for end to end installations or larger jobs.

INTENDED USE — Provides a minimum of 90 minutes illumination for the rated wattage upon loss of AC power to meet and exceed code required emergency lighting. Ideal for applications requiring attractive LED unit equipment with quick installation and unparalleled performance for mounting heights from 7.5’ to 30’. Certain airborne contaminants can diminish the integrity of acrylic and/or polycarbonate. Click here for Acrylic-Polycarbonate Compatibility table for suitable uses.
CONSTRUCTION — The housing is a standard white (black optional) thermoplastic with a compact and lowprofile contemporary design. It is 5VA flame rated, impact-resistant, scratch-resistant and corrosion proof. The UV-stable resin resists discoloration from natural and man-made light sources. There is a low-profile, integrated and back-lit test switch with an easily visible multi-color LED status indicator. The back-plate contains a universal j-box mounting pattern to facilitate ease of installation on a wide variety of j-boxes and the front housing allows tool-less access for ease of maintenance.
The lamp heads have a unique track-and-swivel arrangement permitting full range of direction of optical aiming.
OPTICS — The ELM4L features two high-performance LEDs rated at 3.3 watts per lamp head and delivers a total of 640 lumens in a spot pattern (SP640L).
The ELM6L features three high-performance LEDs rated at 5.3 watts per lamp head and delivers a total of 1,100 lumens in a spot pattern (SP1100L).
The typical life of an LED is 10 years. The LED light sources typically never need to be replaced under normal conditions for normal off applications.

Current-limiting charger maximizes battery life and minimizes energy consumption to provide low operating costs. Small battery chargers Certified in the CA Title 20 Appliance Efficiency Database.
Short-circuit protection — current-limiting charger circuitry protects printed circuit board from shorts. Regulated charge voltage maintains a stable charge voltage over a wide range of line voltages.
Prevents over/undercharging that shortens battery life and reduces capacity. Filtered charger input minimizes charge voltage ripple and extends battery life.
BATTERY: Sealed, maintenance-free nickel-cadmium (ELM4L only) or Lithium Iron Phosphate battery. Optional
High-Output (HO option) and Extra High Output (EHO option), LTP battery type only, provides a wide variety of remote capacities and/or extended run-times.
Automatic 24-hour recharge after a 90-minute discharge.
Advanced electrical design provides constant light output throughout the entire discharge period.
Brownout protection is automatically switched to emergency mode when supply voltage drops below approximately 80 percent nominal of 120, 220, 277 or 347. Other input voltages may vary.
AC/LVD reset allows battery connection before AC power is applied and prevents battery damage from deep discharge.
Self-Diagnostics: Continuously monitors AC functionality. Test switch and remote tester (RTKIT accessory) provide manual activation of 30-second diagnostic testing for on-demand visual inspection. Standard derangement monitoring will indicate disconnected battery, charger failure and displays green flashing indicator light while in emergency mode. Single multi-chromatic LED indicator to display two-state charging, test activation and three-state self-diagnostics.
SELF-DIAGNOSTICS and REMOTE TEST (SDRT and AELR option):
Self-diagnostic testing: Five minutes every 30 days and 90 minutes annually. Diagnostic evaluation of lamps, AC to DC transfer, battery charging and condition of microprocessor. Automatic test is easily postponed for eight hours by activating manual test switch or use of remote tester (RTKIT accessory).

Introduction
The WPX LED wall packs are energy-efficient, costeffective, and aesthetically appealing solutions for both HID wall pack replacement and new construction opportunities. Available in three sizes, the WPX family delivers 1,550 to 9,200 lumens with a wide, uniform distribution.
The WPX full cut-off solutions fully cover the footprint of the HID glass wall packs that they replace, providing a neat installation and an upgraded appearance. Reliable IP66 construction and excellent LED lumen maintenance ensure a long service life. Photocell and emergency egress battery options make WPX ideal for every wall mounted lighting application.

INTENDED USE
The WPX LED wall packs are designed to provide a cost-effective, energy-efficient solution for the one-for-one replacement of existing HID wall packs. The WPX1, WPX2 and WPX3 are ideal for replacing up to 150W, 250W, and 400W HID luminaires respectively. WPX luminaires deliver a uniform, wide distribution. WPX is rated for -40ºC to 40ºC.
CONSTRUCTION
WPX feature a die-cast aluminum main body with optimal thermal management that both enhances LED efficacy and extends component life. The luminaires are IP66 rated, and sealed against moisture or environmental contaminants.
ELECTRICAL
Light engine(s) configurations consist of high-efficacy LEDs and LED lumen maintenance of L90/100,000 hours. Color temperature (CCT) options of 3000K, 4000K and 5000K with minimum CRI of 70. Electronic drivers ensure system power factor >90% and THD <20%. All luminaires have 6kV surge protection (Note: WPX1 LED P1 package comes with a standard surge protection rating of 2.5kV. It can be ordered with an optional 6kV surge protection). All photocell (PE) operate on MVOLT (120V - 277V) input.
Note: The standard WPX LED wall pack luminaires come with field-adjustable drive current feature. This feature allows tuning the output current of the LED drivers to adjust the lumen output (to dim the luminaire).

INSTALLATION
WPX can be mounted directly over a standard electrical junction box. Three 1/2 inch conduit ports on three sides allow for surface conduit wiring. A port on the back surface allows poke-through conduit wiring on surfaces that don't have an electrical junction box. Wiring can be made in the integral wiring compartment in all cases. WPX is only recommended for installations with LEDs facing downwards.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dedicated new construction housing for use in insulated ceilings can be in direct contact with insulation.* Air-tight construction provides energy savings by reducing the flow of air through the ceiling. The housing is dedicated and labeled for use with LED retrofit luminaires.

Plaster Frame: High quality 0.04" steel die cut one piece frame
Housing: 0.040 galvanized steel housing with riveted cap adjusts for ceiling thicknesses from 5/8" to 1". Spring brackets accept torsion wing trim springs; slots on socket plate surface accept standard coil springs.
Air Flow Restriction: Housing has factory installed gaskets to restrict airflow from room into ceiling plenum to <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance with ASTM-283 Air-Tight requirements.
Clearance: “IC” Insulated ceiling housings are direct contact rated. Not to be used in direct contact with spray foam insulation.
Bar Hangers: Two 13- 3/4" to 24- 1/2 " adjustable bar hangers with captive nails are included on frame. Bar hangers are parallel to junction box, but can be repositioned 90° perpendicular to junction box if desired. “L” Shaped bar hanger foot to align to bottom of construction joist. A T-Bar notch allow for easy installation in a suspended ceiling.
Junction Box: Prewired 25 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel, with seven 1/2 " trade size knockouts and four Romex pryouts and snap on covers. All leads are #18AWG wire, the ground wire is connected to the bottom, and quick connectors are supplied on all leads. Maximum of 8 no. 12 AWG through branch circuit conductors suitable for at least 90°C permitted in junction box.

Edge-lit Exit is available in either single or double face. Face is constructed with 0.40 clear acrylic with rounded and finished edge for attractive appearance. Face contains red or green 6” high and 3/4” thick lettering inside face to comply with NFPA requirements. Reflective stick-on chevrons provided and are applied to rear of panel in order for light to reflect off the inner face of the chevron tape to provide a similiar effect as the lettering embedded inside the acrylic. CONSTRUCTION — Compact-design channel and cover are formed from code-gauge cold-rolled steel. Easy to install row aligner included for continuous row mounting.
Finish: Paint options include high-gloss, baked white enamel (WH), galvanized (GALV), matte black (MB) and smoke gray (SKGY). After fabrication, five-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment ensures superior paint adhesion and rust resistance.
OPTICS — Standard diffuse snap on/snap off lens eliminates pixels, improves uniformity and minimizes glare. L/LENS option available.
ELECTRICAL — L70>60,000hours. Utilizes high-output LEDs integrated on a two-layer circuit board, ensuring cool-running operation.
