SPECIFICATION
Construction: Trims are constructed of heat dissipating, die-cast aluminum. The aluminum die-cast LED heat sink is threaded to fit the trim and transfer heat.
Mounting: Luminaire includes friction blades to mount securely to housing.

Three field changeable optics (spot, narrow flood and flood) are included with each LED module. Premium 22° and 26° TIR optics are also available .

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dedicated new construction housing for use in insulated ceilings can be in direct contact with insulation.* Air-tight construction provides energy savings by reducing the flow of air through the ceiling. The housing is dedicated and labeled for use with LED retrofit luminaires.

CONSTRUCTION
Plaster Frame: High quality 0.04" steel die cut one piece frame
Housing: 0.040 galvanized steel housing with riveted cap adjusts for ceiling thicknesses from 5/8" to 1". Spring brackets accept torsion wing trim springs; slots on socket plate surface accept standard coil springs.
Air Flow Restriction: Housing has factory installed gaskets to restrict airflow from room into ceiling plenum to <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance with ASTM-283 Air-Tight requirements.
Clearance: “IC” Insulated ceiling housings are direct contact rated. Not to be used in direct contact with spray foam insulation.
Bar Hangers: Two 13- 3/4" to 24- 1/2 " adjustable bar hangers with captive nails are included on frame. Bar hangers are parallel to junction box, but can be repositioned 90° perpendicular to junction box if desired. “L” Shaped bar hanger foot to align to bottom of construction joist. A T-Bar notch allow for easy installation in a suspended ceiling.
Junction Box: Prewired 25 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel, with seven 1/2 " trade size knockouts and four Romex pryouts and snap on covers. All leads are #18AWG wire, the ground wire is connected to the bottom, and quick connectors are supplied on all leads. Maximum of 8 no. 12 AWG through branch circuit conductors suitable for at least 90°C permitted in junction box.

INTENDED USE — The EPANL Series LED Edge-Lit Flat Panel provides a fully luminous appearance across the face of the lens. This provides a soft, glare-free solution that is visually comfortable within the space. Suitable for many lighting applications including schools, offices and other commercial spaces, retail, convenience stores, hospitals and healthcare facilities. CONSTRUCTION — This edgelit platform was built to last with an aluminum frame for strength and durability, the seamless frame prevents light leak in the corners. The PMMA light guide plate and lens resists yellowing and transmits light with superior efficacy. The satin white lens provides excellent shielding and fully luminous appearance. EPANL's low-profile design provides increased installation flexibility especially in restricted plenum spaces. The back plate includes integral T-bar clips for installation into 15/16" or 9/16" T-grid ceilings. Fixture may be recessed, suspended, surface box mounted or mounted in a hard-ceiling see accessories section for more information.
Integrated Sensor (nLight Wired Networking): This sensor is nLight-enabled, meaning it has the ability to communicate over an nLight network. When wired, using CAT-5 cabling, with other nLight-enabled sensors, power packs, or WallPods, an nLight control zone is created. Once linked to a Gateway, directly or via a Bridge, the zone becomes capable of remote status monitoring and control via SensorView software.
Integrated Smart Sensor (nLight Air Wireless Platform): The RES7 sensor is nLight AIR enabled, meaning it has the ability to communicate over the wireless nLight control platform. It is available with an automatic dimming photocell, and either a digital PIR or a microphonics (PDT) dual technology occupancy sensor. It pairs to other luminaires and wall switches through our mobile app, CL AIRITY+, which allows for simple sensor adjustment.
Integrated Wireless Sensor (single room control): Sensor Switch VERTEX JOT or JOTVTX15 luminaire-embedded occupancy and ambient light sensor allows the luminaire to power off when the space is unoccupied or when enough ambient light is entering the space. See page 7 for more details on the integrated wireless sensor.
ELECTRICAL — Long-life LEDs, coupled with a high-efficiency driver, provide superior illumination for extended service life. See page 3 for detailed lumen maintenance information. 0-10V dimming driver, dims to 1% or 10% and contains non-isolated dimming leads.

OPTICS — Standard diffuse snap on/snap off lens eliminates pixels, improves uniformity and minimizes glare.

SPECIFICATION
Construction: Die-cast aluminum trims available in matte black or matte powder white finish. Open downlight includes a reflector with the same finish as trim; optional field changeable accessories are available; square trim, pinhole trim, wall wash trim, reflector inserts or baffle inserts.
Air Flow Restriction: Luminaire has factory installed gasket to restrict airflow from room into ceiling plenum to <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance with ASTM283 Air-Tight requirements.
Clearance: IC rated luminaires are rated for direct contact with insulation (not spray foam insulation), no minimum clearance is required.

INTENDED USE:
The WPX LED wall packs are designed to provide a cost-effective, energy-efficient solution for the one-for-one replacement of existing HID wall packs. The WPX0, WPX1, WPX2 and WPX3 are ideal for replacing up to 70W, 150W, 250W, and 400W HID luminaires respectively. WPX luminaires deliver a uniform, wide distribution. WPX is rated for -40ºC to 40ºC.
CONSTRUCTION:
WPX feature a die-cast aluminum main body with optimal thermal management that both enhances LED efficacy and extends component life. The luminaires are IP66 rated, and sealed against moisture or environmental contaminants.
ELECTRICAL:
Light engine(s) configurations consist of high-efficacy LEDs with a min LED lumen maintenance of L86/100,000 hours. Color temperature (CCT) options of 3000K, 4000K and 5000K with minimum CRI of 70 (80 for WPX0). Electronic drivers ensure system power factor >90% and THD <20%. All luminaires have 6kV surge protection (Note: WPX1 LED P1 package and WPX0 comes with a standard surge protection rating of 2.5kV).

INSTALLATION:
Dimensions
WPX can be mounted directly over a standard electrical junction box. A port on the back surface allows poke-through conduit wiring on surfaces that don't have an electrical junction box. WPX1, WPX2 and WPX3 come with three 1/2 inch conduit ports on three sides that allow for surface conduit wiring. Wiring can be made in the integral wiring compartment in all cases. WPX is only recommended for installations with LEDs facing downwards.

Self-Adaptive Feature
The LOS-CDT Series sensors combine both Ultrasonic (US) motion detection for maximum sensitivity and Passive Infrared (PIR) motion detection for false triggering immunity. The self-adapting internal microprocessor analyzes the composite sum of both signals to eliminate time-consuming adjustments and callbacks found in non-intelligent sensors.
PP and UPP 1 Series Power Packs provide both the 24 V- power supply to operate Lutron wired occupancy sensors, as well as the 16 A line-voltage relay to control the load, in one compact housing. The unit can be mounted inside a ballast enclosure or inside / outside a junction box.
The manual-ON Power Pack (-DV-M) is used to provide a vacancy-only solution (not configurable for occupancy behavior) when paired with Lutron wired occupancy sensors. A low-voltage momentary switch should be used to manually turn ON the load while the sensor automatically shuts the load OFF when unoccupied. Pressing the momentary switch can also turn the load OFF.
The auxiliary Power Pack (-SH) must be used in conjunction with at least one line-voltage Power Pack and one Lutron wired occupancy sensor to switch additional loads.

EMERGENCY

BROWNOUT CIRCUIT
Brownout circuit monitors the flow of AC current to the unit and triggers the exit light once a set reduction of AC power occurs. This dip in the voltage will cause many fixtures to extinguish causing loss of normal lighting even though a total power failure has not occurred.
SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
Overload monitoring system is a solid-state circuit which monitors the load and disconnects from the battery should an overload or short circuit occur. The overload current protection eliminates the need for fuses or circuit breakers for the DC load.
TESTING
Luminaire includes manual test button for manual verification the transfer circuit and battery operate correctly. Luminaire also performs self-tests and diagnostics on battery, charging board, transfer circuit, and exit sign.
If a failure is detected, an indicator LED will blink red until fault is corrected. A solid green indicator LED indicates no faults and blinked green indicates a test is in progress.
COLD WEATHER OPTION
Exit sign can be used in cold weather locations with heating pad accessory, must specify -CC suffix. When exit sign reaches a low temperature a heating pad will keep the battery within operating temperature, allowing the exit sign to work in temperatures down to -25°C.

INTENDED USE
The rugged construction and maintenance-free performance of the D-Series LED Bollard is ideal for illuminating building entryways, walking paths and pedestrian plazas, as well as any other location requiring a low-mounting-height light source.
CONSTRUCTION
One-piece 8-inch-round extruded aluminum shaft with thick side walls for extreme durability, and die-cast aluminum reflector and top cap. Die-cast aluminum mounting ring allows for easy leveling even in uneven areas and full 360-degree rotation for precise alignment during installation. Three ½” x 11” anchor bolts with double nuts and washers and 3-5/8” max. bolt circle template ensure stability. Overall height is 42” standard.
FINISH
Exterior parts are protected by a zinc-infused super durable TGIC thermoset powder coat finish that provides superior resistance to corrosion and weathering for maximum retention of gloss and luster. A tightly controlled multi-stage process ensures a minimum 3-mil thickness for a finish that can withstand the elements without cracking or peeling. Available in both textured and non-textured finishes.
OPTICS
Two 0% uplight optical distributions are available: symmetrical and asymmetrical. IP66 sealed LED light engine provides smoothly graduated illumination without uplight. Light engines are available in standard 4000 K (>70 CRI) or optional 3000 K (>80 CRI) or 5000 K (67 CRI). Limited-wavelength amber LEDs are also available.
ELECTRICAL
Light engines consist of high-efficacy LEDs mounted to metal-core circuit boards to maximize heat dissipation and promote long life (L95/100,000 hours at 700mA at 25°C). INTENDED USE
The rugged construction and maintenance-free performance of the D-Series LED Bollard is ideal for illuminating building entryways, walking paths and pedestrian plazas, as well as any other location requiring a low-mounting-height light source.
CONSTRUCTION
One-piece 8-inch-round extruded aluminum shaft with thick side walls for extreme durability, and die-cast aluminum reflector and top cap. Die-cast aluminum mounting ring allows for easy leveling even in uneven areas and full 360-degree rotation for precise alignment during installation. Three ½” x 11” anchor bolts with double nuts and washers and 3-5/8” max. bolt circle template ensure stability. Overall height is 42” standard.
FINISH
Exterior parts are protected by a zinc-infused super durable TGIC thermoset powder coat finish that provides superior resistance to corrosion and weathering for maximum retention of gloss and luster. A tightly controlled multi-stage process ensures a minimum 3-mil thickness for a finish that can withstand the elements without cracking or peeling. Available in both textured and non-textured finishes.
OPTICS
Two 0% uplight optical distributions are available: symmetrical and asymmetrical. IP66 sealed LED light engine provides smoothly graduated illumination without uplight. Light engines are available in standard 4000 K (>70 CRI) or optional 3000 K (>80 CRI) or 5000 K (67 CRI). Limited-wavelength amber LEDs are also available.
ELECTRICAL
Light engines consist of high-efficacy LEDs mounted to metal-core circuit boards to maximize heat dissipation and promote long life (L95/100,000 hours at 700mA at 25°C). Class 2 electronic drivers are designed for an expected life of 100,000 hours with < 1% failure rate. Electrical components are mounted on a removable power tray.

SPECIFICATION
Construction: One piece aluminum die formed housing and trim. Aluminum body dissipates heat and extends life.
Mounting: Surface mount luminaire is compatible with 3" or 4" junction boxes and 1/2" deep pancake boxes for ceiling or wall mount applications. Luminaires can also be retrofit over 4" recessed housings with retrofit kit (included).
Optics: Nora specified and designed precision molded lens for optimal lumen output and even distribution.
Finishes: Available in white, black, bronze and natural metal finishes.
Ratings: IC rated when used with a 4" electrical junction box rated for direct contact with insulation. Fire rated when used with a fire rated junction box.
Retrofit: Each luminaire includes a retrofit kit with medium base socket adapter to mount over 4" recessed housings. Kit also includes torsion spring brackets that hold luminaire flush against ceiling. Retrofit kit is intended to be used with a lighting fixture as a lamp replacement.

INSTALLATION
UPLD Series fixtures offer several convenient methods for installation and can be installed as direct wire or portable luminaires. Fixtures may be mounted flush to the backsplash or up against the front lip of the cabinetry using captive mounting screws.
Direct Wire The UPLD 9", 14", 22" and 30" lengths have a rear wiring access compartment and push-in electrical connectors for direct-wire application • Each length includes a die cast fitting for 3/8" flexible metal conduit • Optional UCD JB Junction/Splice box (sold separately) is available to facilitate bringing power to front end of cabinetry and then using jumper cords to connect to fixtures (see installation diagram below) • All standard mounting hardware included • 17" jumper wire and straight joiner (row) connector are included accessories.
Electrically Connecting Multiple Fixtures Fixtures can be electrically joined together using either the straight joiner (row) connector supplied with each fixture or with the included 17" connector jumper cord or optional 24" UC ERC24 connecting cord. No more than 29 units of any size should be linked together.
GM’s Professional Series Flexible LED Tape combines style and technology with reliability. Designed for professional installations that demand a high level of quality, the LTR-P Series includes a wide array of key features and is available in 16’-4” (5M) and 100’ (30M) reels.
