PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
New construction housing for use in insulated ceilings can be in direct contact with insulation. Air-tight construction provides energy savings by reducing the flow of air through the ceiling. Patented design allows for easy, tool-less removal of the driver.
SPECIFICATION
Housing: 0.040 " Aluminum housing can be installed in 1/2" ceiling thickness, an extension collar (NIO- 4 EXTC2) is available for ceiling thickness up to 2".
Patented Driver Assembly: Allows driver to slide out of housing without tools from the room side. Housing includes a removable top cover for driver maintenance above the ceiling.
Air Flow Restriction: Meets requirments of Airtight (AT) <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance to ASTM 283.
Clearance: “IC” Insulated ceiling housings are direct contact rated. Not to be used in direct contact with spray foam insulation.
Bar Hangers: Two 13- 3/4" to 24- 1/2 " adjustable bar hangers with captive nails are included on housing. Bar hanger brackets are parallel to junction box, but can be repositioned 90° perpendicular to junction box if desired. “L”-shaped bar hanger foot to align to bottom of construction joist. A T-bar notch allows for easy installation in a suspended ceiling.
Junction Box: Pre-wired 25 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel box with seven 1/2 " knockouts and snap on covers. All leads are #18AWG wire, the ground wire is connected to the bottom, and quick connectors are supplied on all leads. Maximum of 8 no. 12 AWG through branch circuit conductors suitable for at least 90°C permitted in junction box. Junction box is accessible from the room side through housing opening.
Romex Strain Relief: Junction box includes two Romex tabs with two slots at each tab for NM-cables of 12/2 to 14/2. The strain relief allows for easy installation and less materials.
Pre-Wired: Housing can be specified with connections for emergency battery installation. Requires access above ceiling. Must specify battery with remote test switch separately (NEPK- 07LEDUNV ).
Note: Pre-Wired is not compatible with Chicago Plenum housings Integrated: Compact emergency driver is mounted directly to the junction box. Access above ceiling required. 90 minute illumination time with 6W output in emergency mode. Battery requires 24 hours to recharge and consumes 3W when charging. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
New construction housing for use in insulated ceilings can be in direct contact with insulation. Air-tight construction provides energy savings by reducing the flow of air through the ceiling. Patented design allows for easy, tool-less removal of the driver.
SPECIFICATION
Housing: 0.040 " Aluminum housing can be installed in 1/2" ceiling thickness, an extension collar (NIO- 4 EXTC2) is available for ceiling thickness up to 2".
Patented Driver Assembly: Allows driver to slide out of housing without tools from the room side. Housing includes a removable top cover for driver maintenance above the ceiling.
Air Flow Restriction: Meets requirments of Airtight (AT) <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance to ASTM 283.
Clearance: “IC” Insulated ceiling housings are direct contact rated. Not to be used in direct contact with spray foam insulation.
Bar Hangers: Two 13- 3/4" to 24- 1/2 " adjustable bar hangers with captive nails are included on housing. Bar hanger brackets are parallel to junction box, but can be repositioned 90° perpendicular to junction box if desired. “L”-shaped bar hanger foot to align to bottom of construction joist. A T-bar notch allows for easy installation in a suspended ceiling.
Junction Box: Pre-wired 25 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel box with seven 1/2 " knockouts and snap on covers. All leads are #18AWG wire, the ground wire is connected to the bottom, and quick connectors are supplied on all leads. Maximum of 8 no. 12 AWG through branch circuit conductors suitable for at least 90°C permitted in junction box. Junction box is accessible from the room side through housing opening.
Romex Strain Relief: Junction box includes two Romex tabs with two slots at each tab for NM-cables of 12/2 to 14/2. The strain relief allows for easy installation and less materials.
Pre-Wired: Housing can be specified with connections for emergency battery installation. Requires access above ceiling. Must specify battery with remote test switch separately (NEPK- 07LEDUNV ).
Note: Pre-Wired is not compatible with Chicago Plenum housings Integrated: Compact emergency driver is mounted directly to the junction box. Access above ceiling required. 90 minute illumination time with 6W output in emergency mode. Battery requires 24 hours to recharge and consumes 3W when charging. Remote test switch and 3' cable included.

CONSTRUCTION

The architectural grade Sapphire III high lumen LED downlights are a perfect solution for lobbies, corridors, offices and conference rooms. The Sapphire III utilizes Signify® Fortimo COB LED technology for better optic control with three specified beam spreads. Beam spreads focus the light down to the work plane from high ceiling applications. The reflectors have been designed for the high efficiency (LPW) while providing low aperture brightness.

SPECIFICATION
Reflector: Deep cone reflector spun from 0.050 high grade aluminum provides even illumination and visual comfort. The deep cone reflectors provide 55+ degree cut-off. LUNA 2NC is a water resistant, IP65 fixture, with a non-conductive and noncorrosive trim that makes it the ideal solution for steam saunas, showers, chlorine or saline environments, and wet areas in general. VSB Bay Luminaire
Application: The Vyv VSB Bay Luminaire, with its continuous row-mounting capability, is a shallow ADA design, commercial-grade, surface or suspended mounted wrap-around ceiling luminaire with contemporary styling for use in indoor applications.
Mode Switching: Use ‘Antimicrobial+Light Mode’ when both continuous antimicrobial action and illumination are needed and ‘Enhanced Antimicrobial Mode,’ which emits a higher dosage of Vyv’s antimicrobial wavelengths, as an antimicrobial cleaning mode for when full illumination is not required. See installation instructions (INS-405) for wiring details.
Product Specifications
Housing: Die-formed, code gauge steel housing. Ballast cover snaps into place eliminating the need for tools when accessing the ballast.
Mounting: Embossed mounting holes are provided to prevent distortion of housing when tightening mounting fasteners. Offset mounting pads are formed within the housing and keep luminaire level and slightly off of the mounting surface. Optional suspended mounting accessories are available. Mounts over electrical junction box.
Lens: Designed for an even and low-glare illumination, the standard acrylic diffuser is pressure-fitted into place to create a clean looking, easy maintenance lens.
Finish: Post-painted, highreflectance white housing.
Electrical: Long life LEDs coupled with high efficiency drivers, provide quality illumination. The standard driver comes standard with 0-10v dimming and has a THD of <10%. All electrical components are UL approved. Sufficient knockouts are provided for connections and through wiring.
LED: Patented Vyv LED package. The range of CCT (correlated color temperature) follows the color uniformity guidelines of the American National Standard regarding specifications for the chromaticity of solid-state lighting (SSL) products as per ANSI C78.377-2017.

4' Wraparound Light includes an integral CCT switch to change the color temperature at any time! Surface mounted, it’s ideal for commercial, residential, industrial, and retail applications, such as stairwells, hallways, garages, schools, offices, and more. Easy to install and great for replacing outdated fluorescents with an energy efficient, cost saving alternative. The luminaire’s lens is designed to uniformly spread and soften the appearance of the light while maximizing its distribution and output. Each luminaire includes two tunable switches; Selectable Lumens easily allows the end user to determine the wattage input & Selectable CCT changes the color temperature appearance so it is perfectly customized to your needs.

Optional motion sensor: Microwave motion sensor can detect motion up to 17' away and 120˚ under the luminaire. All MS are preset to dim from 100% to 50% after 1 minute, then turn off after another minute without detected motion. The light sensor is enabled to keep fixture inactive when detecting light levels of 50 Lux or higher for daylight savings. Dip switches or remote control (ordered separately) can be used to change the motion sensor settings). After each power cycle, the fixture will perform a start-up cycle and resume normal operation. Note: 0-10V dimmer cannot be used with MS and EMMS configurations.
Emergency: Luminaire can be specified with an emergency battery with integral test switch. Battery operates luminaire at 8W for 90-minute emergency operation on fully charged battery. Battery may take up to 24 hours to fully charge.

Architectural acrylic edge-lit sign for applications requiring a recessed installation where the wiring compartment is concealed within a galvanized steel housing. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Architectural acrylic edge-lit sign for applications requiring a recessed installation where the wiring compartment is concealed within a galvanized steel housing. Uses included, but are not limited to museums, galleries, office building lobbies, etc. Incorporates 25+ year LED source. AC, 2-Circuit, and Battery Backup configurations are available with letters in either green or red color.
