Our Impact
dental care, behavioral health, and social support at Lancaster Grandview Plaza Urgent Care, Lebanon Urgent Care, Lebanon Pharmacy, Ephrata Hub, La Academia Charter School-Based Health Center, and New Holland Health Center. We expanded Psychiatry and Medication-Assisted Treatment. We began planning construction for critically needed dental care in our Lancaster Downtown medical location. And we created blueprints for even more care, in more places, in 2023.
2022 marked our 2nd year as Union Community Care. We are 300 community members who believe in whole health, address and health disease, work at the causes of the causes, and stand to achieve true equity for the 36,485 patients we care for.

Dear friends:
2022 was a year for us to touch lives and transform care. When both the healthcare landscape and the world around us continued moving forward from the impacts of the Pandemic, we brought the necessary tools and resources needed to our communities so that they could not only navigate their health, but feel empowered to get and stay healthy. We actively went to spaces where unmet critical, life-saving care was needed to build on vibrant and healthy communities. And we proactively expanded services in those communities.
We strengthened who we are and the impact of our work from the inside out by nurturing staff empowerment, equity, growth, collaboration, and partnerships. We handed out at-home COVID-19 tests to patients and community partners when there were not enough for those who wanted or needed them. We met our communities where they felt comfortable, and provided COVID-19 vaccines within trusted schools, neighborhoods, local businesses, and organizations. We opened more doors to accessible, affordable, and equitable medical care,
The role we all play in our community, as our community, is bigger and bolder than ever.
