PRIVATE APARTMENTS
If you like your own space, opt for a studio or one bedroom private apartment. It’s the perfect choice if you love to channel flick, sing in the shower or play your favourite song all day long!
SHARED APARTMENTS
If you’re more of a social butterfly, a shared apartment is a great way to make new friends. And if you want some quiet time, you can always retreat to your private bedroom.

Heading off to Uni can be incredibly exciting but leaving behind the safe and familiar to embark on a new challenge – often in a new city, filled with new faces and experiences – can also be quite daunting.
We’ve got a fix for that. We call it our Residential Life Program.
The Residential Life Program is UniLodge’s structured lifestyle program that builds a sense of community and engagement, and provides a broad range of opportunities to help residents grow and succeed during their time at university.
You’ll learn new skills, improve your wellbeing and make lifelong friendships. You’ll be there for others, and your fellow residents and staff will be there for you.
Residents get far more than a room at UniLodge. They get each other.
Residential Life can be categorised into five key domains with different objectives.
SOCIAL
To provide residents with lifelong friendships and connections through social interactions and local experiences, whilst enabling community belonging.
ACADEMIC
To support the resident’s University experience and their goal of achieving academic and personal success; including degree attainment, improved career prospects and future employability.
HEALTH & WELLBEING
To encourage positive mental and physical personal health and assist with leisure pursuits amongst the broader community.
COMMUNITY
To promote a sense of community connection and responsibility, and engage residents in a range of socially responsible and sustainable practices.
CULTURAL
To assist in the development of cultural competency - the understanding and appreciation of human differences and to encourage social responsibility.

I have been living in UniLodge Toowong for a year, and It’s been an excellent experience. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. They are always ready to answer any questions and solve any problems that may arise. The amenities here are topnotch, providing everything I need to live comfortably. The swimming pool is a great place to relax and unwind. The common areas are clean and well-maintained, making hanging out with friends and meeting new people easy.
