FROM THE AIRPORT

Budapest Airport (BUD), the largest and most important international airport in Hungary, also known as Ferenc Liszt International Airport, is located 16 kms southeast of Budapest city center. 100E – a direct bus line connects the airport from Terminal 2 to Deák Ferenc Square in the city center. The bus operates in both directions every 20 minutes from 05:00 to 01:20. The ticket costs 1500 HUF (3.75 euros) and the journey lasts around 45 minutes. Take off at the stop Kálvin square, take metro line 4 to Kelenföld railway station and buy a direct train ticket to Veszprém! 200E – connects the airport with KőbányaKispest railway station, where you can take a direct train to Veszprém. Also, if you’d like to spend some time in Budapest, take metro line 3 to reach the city center. 200E bus leaves every 10 minutes, from 04:00 to 23:00 from Terminal 2, it costs 350 HUF.

FROM THE MAIN TRAIN STATIONS
