MENTORSHIP PROGRAM SETS CADETS ON COURSE FOR EXCELLENCE

In our commitment to fostering close dialogue and ensuring our cadets feel supported and empowered, we've instituted a comprehensive Mentorship Program for all cadets. Two months prior to your first embarkation, you'll be paired with a Mentor, a dedicated professional from our Middelfart office.

Your Mentor will be selected from either the Operations, Chartering, or Technical Department, depending on your field of study as a navigator or engineer. Your initial meeting, conducted either online or in person, will serve as an introduction to each other, our company, and your first vessel.

Throughout your cadetship, your Mentor will maintain regular contact, either through phone calls or in-person visits during your embarkations. Following each embarkation, you'll have a debriefing session with your Mentor to discuss relevant topics, share learnings, reflect on your development, and outline future plans.

Upon completing your cadetship, whether before or after obtaining your bachelor's degree, you'll be invited to an info-day at our office. Here, you'll gain insight into the various departments and workflows relevant to your role as an officer, further enriching your understanding of our operations and preparing you for your career journey ahead.
