storylines: 1. WHAT TO KNOW

- This will be the Ospreys’ first match outside of Florida since Sept. 20 against NC State. - It will also start a stretch of three of the next four games being played out of state after eight of the last 10 were played in Jacksonville. - Has sights set on third win of the season and first win since Sept. 8 against Georgia Southern. - Also looking to add points in conference play, as they stand with one point after a draw on the road at JU. - Looks to avenge last season’s game where Bellarmine score the equalizing goal in the 90th minute. - Continues to lead the ASUN in team goals against average at 1.273, which also ranks 83rd in the nation. - Joaquin Acuna scored his third goal of the season against Lipscomb to give him three goals and three assists in 2023. - He is the first Osprey to accomplish at least three goals and three assists in the same season since 2016 when Adrian Nunez recorded seven goals and four assists.

2. SCOUTING THE OPPONENT

Bellarmine comes into the weekend with a 3-2-6 overall record and a 1-1-2 record in conference play. They also will be competing in what’s only its fourth match at home this season, as the team sports a 1-1-1 record at Owsley B. Frazier Stadium. The Knights have picked up momentum in its last three games with shutout wins against Queens (N.C.) and Wright State, as well as a draw on the road against FGCU. Matthew Brozovich also picked up his third career Goalkeeper of the Week honor with his performance against FGCU this past weekend. Brendan Schoemehl is one of four players with multiple goals this season but leads the team with three total in his 10 starts and team-leading 15 shots and nine shots on goal. Brock Pope has been impactful as well, as he leads the team in assists with four and points with eight, while also being the only person with multiple goals and assists on the season.

3. SERIES HISTORY

- UNF is 0-1-1 all-time against Bellarmine with their only match on the road against them being a 2-1 loss in double overtime. - This will be only the third time in program history that these teams will be facing each other since Bellarmine joined the ASUN. - The Ospreys had the lead in last season’s meeting after a goal from Rio Onwumere in the second half but allowed a 90th-minute score to allow a draw at home. - Six starters and 11 total players from last year’s matchup will have experience against the Knights when they face them on Saturday.
