NY rapper Snooze Daily returns harshly with his new single and video "Beast and Wolverine" produced by Billboard, platinum, legendary producer Fantom of the Beat (Haas G of The UMCs). Presented by Fantomusic and WhoMag "Beast and Wolverine" features Rhyrmrcka and JalishaSings. The intro provides the perfect calm before the storm with news appearing on the screen about the state of Hip Hop in 2250 while Snooze Dailly and Rhymrcka prepare for a lyrical attack. Menacing bars are delivered aggressively over gritty production and ground-shaking bass, which intensifies each stomp from the beast and wolverine. The wicked games they spew about are the struggle to live, and the hustle to get it right. JalishaSings offers a soothing, melodic hook to ease their destruction. Esteemed R&B singer/songwriterLadii Girl delivers moving vocals in her new single/video "She Can't." In the beginning, we see her friends in the salon getting hot girl ready when they notice Ladi Girl's man pampering another woman. Immediately they phone Ladii Girl with the news. No time to handle the matter as she is on the way to rehearsal. During the climax of the video, at rehearsal, Ladii Girl gets on the mic to let her heartfelt ballad flow. She makes it known this other woman can't love her man as she does and can't do for him as she does. Remaining classy in pure Queen status, Ladii Girl proclaims her worth. D.C.-based acclaimed underground Hip Hop artist Japreme Magnetic announces the release of his brand new EP titled 'Science 40' with production by John Banes. Japreme Magnetic has been making history for Hip Hop books as the first artist to rhyme strictly over samples of live performances and arguably the first Hip Hop artist who promotes environmental sustainability (and only wears Patagonia and promotes Tesla as a result). His catalog of music continues to turn heads of icons and legends as well as buzz through headlines and his new EP 'Science 40' is no exception. The 5-track EP features Lord Pacis and is accompanied by a video for the lead single "Pressure and Punishment." For those not familiar with Japreme Magnetic, from the age of 25-40, he spent incarcerated. The video and body of work touch on that. In the video "Pressure and Punishment," Magnetic rhyming on the court stand and from a prison cell while waiting to post bond. The only thing Japreme Magnetic is guilty of is an unmatched pen game. Regardless of where his feet stand he’s in tune with the world around him and applies pressure and punishment when situations arise. In the end, Magnetic slams the gavel and declares bond posted. Hip-Hop is in a state of emergency! To understand why this is the case you must know how and why Hip-Hop was started. Not to get into too much of the backstory, you must do your own research paper. HipHop was started to create a positive message for our culture and to share essential information with our people through music. Over time, like all things, it has involved you have had Gangsta Rap, Party Rap, Rap with a message, Gospel Rap, Battle rap, and more. We have had iconic people 2pac, Biggie, Jay-Z, LL Cool J, and more. That all push the game and music forward, each generation has put it's own touch on it in some type of way since it first started in the 1970s and 1980s. However, Hip-Hop is under attack it is nothing against the new age music it's some great artists around but the powers that be has put "bullshit" in the game. We have artists getting killed left and right, and we have a drug/violence culture being pushed on our youth which is spilling over to the real-life streets. The disrespect and lack of regard for black women is at an all-time high. You have people behind the scenes pushing things they wouldn't let their own kids do. Artists and Cities are getting pushed against one another for example the new "NBA YoungBoy, Quando Rondo '3860’ ''was stopped by labels and put out when they got ready this project itself is causing drama but if a label can do that just imagine what else they can put into the game. Artists are not signing deals anymore you are signing your life away with an insurance policy getting put on your Flesh. We could get into greater detail, but you have to call our DJ for that, DJKatdaddy Marshall. We are saying all this to say we must stop the violence people with a voice must step up, and we must invest back into the culture because it's getting raped and used by outsiders. Don't believe us, look at all your designer brands who they push towards, and what you have to do to get it. Look at Young Thug and Gunna in Jail right now and their music is being used against them, It's time for a change it's time to step back up before the culture is lost and stolen like all things in our HISTORY. Let's please put the guns down talk it out and work for what you want, THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME OUT TO READ OUR LITTLE THOUGHT, AND PLEASE GET AT THE ARTISTS.
